Skai Jackson's boyfriend continues to have an eventful week with a recent altercation with cops.
The Disney alum's beau unveiled as Deondre Burgin was arrested a day after his Facebook page was allegedly hacked. A viral video detailing his run-in with authorities captured him far from cooperative.
Deondre Burgin gained media attention months earlier following a domestic violence incident. Although his identity was hidden then, he created social media buzz as Skai Jackson's baby daddy and possible fiancé.
Authorities Wrestle Skai Jackson's Baby Daddy To The Ground
Burgin's altercation with cops was captured on camera by an eyewitness, who claimed he nearly got hit by a car while running from authorities. The video shared on X detailed the concluding part of the heated chase.
Two officers wrestled Jackson's boyfriend to the ground, with Burgin resisting until they flipped him on his stomach and pinned him down. He eventually gave up and allowed the cops to slap handcuffs on him.
An officer kept Burgin pinned down with his knee while waiting for backup. A third cop joined the group before the clip ended. The official arrest report shed light on the incident, with Cincinnati authorities noting Jackson's Beau had violated a juvenile parole.
The document obtained by TMZ explained cops had a warrant for Burgin's arrest, but he ran off when confronted. The chase ended with him falling, causing a small cut on his left cheek, but no severe injuries were noted.

Following Burgin's altercation with cops, law enforcement sources noted he was cited for misdemeanor obstruction of official business. He has since been released from custody, tasting freedom again after a social media incident.
Jackson's boyfriend made headlines earlier this week after a disparaging message was posted on his Facebook page. "On wopp, I'm salty. I got this dumb a-s Disney Channel b-tch pregnant. I hate this h-e," the post read.
At first glance, it seemed Burgin was insulting his girlfriend and soon-to-be mother of his child. However, Jackson and her mother defended him, claiming a malicious party had hacked his social media account.

Earlier this week, The Blast reported that Jackson had confirmed her pregnancy in style. She flaunted her baby bump in sizzling snaps, rocking a white cropped shirt and baggy jeans.
The actress raved about her excitement for motherhood, saying: "I'm thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life — embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects. My heart is so full!"
Jackson noted she wished to raise her child with the same traits her mother had instilled in her. She labeled Kiya Cole her role model for raising her as a single mom, sentiments she first echoed in a 2023 interview.
"[My mom] always taught me to stand up for myself, stand up for what I believe in, and fight for what is right. I thank her for that because, without her, I probably wouldn't have a lot of the confidence that I do now," Jackson gushed.

Three months before confirming her pregnancy, Jackson ended up on the wrong side of the law. The Blast covered that she was arrested in a domestic violence incident after fighting with her boyfriend in public.
The incident occurred outside Universal CityWalk in August, with a guard reporting the pair's heated argument. However, the couple denied fighting when authorities arrived, noting they were engaged and expecting a baby.
But cops took Jackson into custody after surveillance footage confirmed she had pushed her boyfriend. Despite the evidence, the L.A. County District Attorney's Office refused to pursue the case.
Skai Jackson Escapes Punishment Over Lack Of Evidence
The D.A.'s Office claimed they could not file charges against Jackson because there was insufficient evidence for a trial. Additionally, they cited the actress's lack of a criminal record and her boyfriend's stance.
The TV personality's beau reportedly refused to cooperate with prosecutors and was against filing a case. He also sustained no injuries from the incident, leaving little to nothing for the D.A.'s Office to work with.
At the time, Jackson's boyfriend was a mystery, but the event motivated her to share more about her love life. Three days after her arrest, she dropped a picture of the couple on Snapchat, seemingly confirming her relationship was fine.
