Miley Cyrus In Mexico String Bikini Pitied For Invasive 'Crotch Shots'

Miley Cyrus dropped jaws with her fit figure as she slipped her curves into a string bikini while enjoying her Mexico travels two winters ago. In February 2022, the 31-year-old escaped the U.S. for some sun South of the Border, making headlines for her sensational swimsuit body and for spending time with boyfriend Maxx Morando. Seemingly not left alone for a second as the paparazzi caught photos of her poolside, Miley flaunted her curves in a black bathing suit, but for some, the press was being a little too invasive.

Accentuating her cleavage and toned abs in her skimpy top, the "Flowers" hitmaker added minimal briefs to match, here drawing the eye to her killer waistline and legs.

Wearing dark shades and her blonde hair scraped up into a bun, Miley sent out carefree vibes while bringing the heat, with the photos placing her in Cabos San Lucas.

The Daily Mail published a batch of images of Miley, some of which showed her shot from behind and bending down a little. Users seeing the photos did comment on her incredible silhouette, but many of the most-liked comments came from fans angered by what they deemed to be an invasion of Miley's privacy.

"How intrusive are those photos? DM must be particularly thrilled with the crotch shots," one user said, gaining over 1,800 upvotes. Agreeing, another wrote: "Some of these photographs are very intrusive, particularly the ones where she's lying down. Nearly choked on my cornflakes! She looks happy and healthy."

Also angered was the fan writing: "Some of those pictures are so invasive, especially zooming in on her crotch, there is a line in what & how you take pictures & these have crossed it." While this fanbase was likely aware that Miley Cyrus is known for self-posting highly revealing images on her Instagram, they still appeared to feel that the photos had been taken against the star's will.

Miley hasn't been photographed in public much this fall, although she and Maxx did recently head out for a concert date in L.A. The low-profile couple has been together since 2021.

Miley Cyrus hit a whole new level of fame last January as she released her chart-topping "Flowers" track. The singledom anthem, largely assumed to be about ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, dominated the charts for the whole of 2023 and some of 2024, also earning Miley her first Grammy Award. "Flowers" is from Miley's Endless Summer Vacation album, released in March of 2023.
