"Alaskan Bush People" star Gabe Brown has been on a rollercoaster of family emotions and is sharing some life advice that he seems to be using himself.
The fourth son of the Brown family posted a photo of himself early Friday morning on Instagram, and spoke to fans about the power of reflection.
"It's important to take time to reflect on things happening in your life even nature reflects."
Along with his quote, Gabe included a symbolic photo of his own reflection while appearing to stand over a puddle.
The sage advice from the "ABP" star is extremely telling as his family has been experiencing a whirlwind of both joyous and sorrowful emotions.
It's actually been a very big year for Gabe, as he recently tied the knot with Raquell Rose.
The two newlyweds seem to be doing great, and along with announcing a baby on the way, Gabe made a public proclamation of his love for his new bride.
However, the patriarch of the Brown family, Billy, is still dealing with failing health and has been hospitalized in a town near the family's new homestead in rural Washington.
As we reported, Bear recently revealed that their father had suffered a major setback after undergoing surgery, and he will need to remain in the hospital while doctors monitor his situation and perform more tests.
They recently shared an updated photo of Billy playing with the newest "ABP" grandson, Elijah, and he appeared to be comfortable.
The estranged Brown son, Matt, also revealed some big news to fans as he showed off a chip for celebrating 1 year of sobriety.
Some fans speculate that Matt, now that he's clean, will make a triumphant return to the reality TV series.
