In her plea to get $5,000 monthly spousal support, Courtney stated that she believed the actor earned over $280,000 on monthly income compared to her meager $1,982 at her current job.

Her lawyer claimed she had offered emotional support to Corey and his career since 2011. She noted that she is now abandoned by him, and aside from "under guideline support," she has no home, no job, no vehicle, or money for healthcare.

Courtney further noted that her decision to quit drugs and their lifestyle was responsible for the demise of their union.

"In May 2023, I informed Corey I would not be 'partying' anymore, and further, because of my deteriorating health and increased stress, I would not be going on tour. Once I said no to the drugs, our relationship unraveled quickly," she declared.

"Unfortunately, this is the worst timing ever, I leave for tour Tom and have no $ at all as I am way over extended. Had to get real bud for this one, and they wanted $ in advance."

Courtney was confident Corey had enough money to spare as she claimed that "for the last year, he has been marketing and selling toy dolls of himself called 'Funko' dolls. These dolls collectively are worth a lot of money."

She noted that the dolls are "highly collectible and sell out very fast," so he has money from multiple sources, "including his current band tour for the next several months."

She alleged that the doll deal would have grossed the musician $700,000. Courtney claimed the performer made about $35,000 at every fan convention and $50,000 per year selling videos to fans on Cameo.

Courtney continued that his recently produced documentary also raked in about $700,000 for the actor.
