'The Real Tarzann' Lawsuit Over Stolen Porcupine Dismissed

The Real Tarzann scored a victory in court in the lawsuit accusing him of housing a stolen porcupine.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Wild Animal World Inc and Corinne Oltz have dismissed all claims against The Real Tarzann (real name: Michael Holston)
Back in August, the Miami-based social media star was sued by Oltz over a porcupine. She wrote in her suit, “Our prehensile porcupine “Pickles” went missing or was stolen from the property of Wild Animal World Inc. in December 2018.”

She continued, “Wild Animal World, Inc. was notified in May 2019 that the porcupine was being kept at the property of Bhagavan Antle. Florida Fish and Wildlife dispatched officer Nelson Landa to conduct inspection, take photos and advise Antle of the porcupine’s owner.”
Oltz said Antle never contacted her to dispute or return the animal. She claimed that Holston was the property caretaker and “the persons responsible for holding the porcupine.” She sued demanding $5,000 in damages plus the return of the animal.
The Real Tarzann, who is based in Florida and known for videos with exotic animals, had yet to respond to the lawsuit in court. The case is now officially closed.
In the original suit, Oltz pointed out The Real Tarzann had just been arrested for assault and battery in an unrelated matter. He claims the assault was in self-defense.
According to reports, The Real Tarzann’s lawyer claims the alleged victim had been threatening the social media star online. He claimed one video included a rifle.
The social media star was released on $10,000 bond. The criminal case is ongoing.
