Kelly Ripa dropped jaws with her latest Instagram share, one showing her in workout mode as she got her heart rate up with her husband Mark Consuelos. Posting last weekend, the talk show host flaunted her incredible figure in a tiny sports bra, showing off her ripped body as she burned some calories. Attempting a resistance band run as Mark held her back with bands, Kelly did her best to break away from her cohost husband's strong grip, flooring fans with her toned body and even getting told she looked like a 20-something.

Scroll for the video. Filmed from a luxurious outdoor space leading onto a pool terrace, Kelly jogged away from Mark while rocking a tight black sports bra and leggings set. The 54-year-old opted for a sporty-style top with a backless finish, highlighting her incredibly toned upper body while displaying her trim abs and legs.

Wearing sneakers that added pops of neon yellow, Kelly huffed and puffed as Mark kept steady with his bands, running away from the camera and eventually back toward it.

Out of breath but managing to keep going nonetheless, Kelly dripped sweat in the sunshine, wearing a ponytail hairdo as she went makeup-free. Her post also included family photos, with every slide keeping things athletic. In a caption, the Live! star wrote: "Congratulations to all the @nycmarathon runners today! Here we are all individually practicing because hey, you never know." Over 77,000 fan likes were left, with a celebrity like also coming in from reality star Lisa Rinna.

Quickly gaining likes was a fan who wrote: "Your body is amazing!!! Look like you are in your 20s!!!!" Another fan, meanwhile, said: "This is REALLY happy making. And impressive!"

Revealing Her Insane Workout Routine

Kelly Ripa is up at the crack of dawn to host Live! but she still makes time for workouts. "I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends," she told The Cut, adding that on weekends, she enjoys running in NYC's Central Park.

Joking about her youthful body, the mom of three added: "I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do."

Told She's Too Thin In Polka-Dot Dress

The above photo, taken earlier this year, was reposted to an Instagram fan account in August, and it looked like fans were worried about Kelly Ripa's weight.

"Mama is too thin," one fan replied, with another calling the blonde "too too skinny."

Kelly has always maintained that she has a healthy, balanced approach toward food.
