‘RHOC’ Jennifer Pedranti’s Ex-Husband Ordered To Show His Financial Records Amid Spousal Support Dispute

Jennifer Pedranti's ex-husband, William Pedranti, has an important task to fulfill to the court!
The reality star's ex-partnerwas ordered by the court to provide his financial records as they slug it out over spousal support.
Jennifer and William Pedranti were married from 2002 till 2021, with the latter filing for divorce weeks before she made her debut on the "Real Housewives of Orange County."

According to new court documents, the judge granted the reality star's request that William appear in court with financial information to help recover the money he owes her.
The court date was initially set for October 21, but both parties agreed to push it till November 5, 2024. The judge in charge passed a warning to William, noting:
"If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding."
In Touchreported that Jennifer and William settled their messy divorce back in June after 19 years as a married couple.

In his court documents, The Blast noted that the 52-year-old requested that the $1,735 per month he pays the reality star in spousal support be dismissed.
He also extended his demand for a reduction in his monthly child support payment of $4,674 to the reality start. Williams explained to the court that he made $5,546 in wages and another $12,740 in self-employment income last month.
He continued that he believes Jennifer makes about $8,000 in monthly earnings from Bravo and other sources of income. He stated that his average monthly expenses total $14,320.
The founder claimed there was a significant reduction in salary due to his "employer needing to conserve capital resources.

He continued that their son Dawson began living with him solely in March, and he has been covering all his expenses, including car payment, health insurance, auto insurance, cell phone, gas, auto insurance, and all other bills.
In his declaration, he stated that the original divorce settlement required him to pay only $587 per month in support for Dawson when he lived with Jennifer.
William declared that his income has reduced greatly since the original order, and he wants the pay to be reversedback to $587.
Jennifer's estranged spouse stated that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, in April, and she moved in with him after experiencing rent difficulties at her apartment.
The company owner argued that his estranged wife does not pay any serious bills at her fiancé's house, adding that the court may not be aware that Jennifer was cohabiting with her boyfriend when it ordered him to pay $1,735 in spousal support.

William's declaration forced Jennifer to provide proof of her finances covering her income from her reality show and expenses.
According to The Blast, she raked in earnings as a reality TV star and yoga studio owner. She disclosed she earned $7,500 per episode from the "RHOC" series while her profits from other ventures varied per month.
Jennifer explained that her average monthly income was $10,740 but noted she spent more than she earned monthly. Her monthly expenses included $3,000 on groceries, $500 on healthcare, $250 on childcare, $1,750 on take out, $75 for phone bills, and $100 on cleaning.
She concluded her list indicating that she spent $2,000 on clothes, $500 on entertainment, $1,471 on car expenses, $130 on pet needs, $125 on a gym membership, and $1,000 on other costs for the kids — all totaling $10,914.
She also indicated that she owed her boyfriend $5,000 and her parents $40,000. With her finances in the open, she requested the court dismiss her ex-husband's request.

Jennifer also accused her ex-husband of owing her $267,000 from selling off their former marital home. Aside from the lump sum, the reality star noted that he had a debt of overdue child and spousal support fees, with her documents claiming:
"William is behind approximately $22,000 in his support obligation to me and the kids."
Jennifer condemned William for requesting the removal of her spousal support rights based on her new romantic relationship. In her words, "The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option."
She explained she would not have become a financial burden if her ex-husband had given her a share of their home's sale.
