"Alaskan Bush People" star Billy Brown is still fighting for his life in the hospital, and his son just told fans that the situation has gotten worse.
Bear Brown gave an update on Sunday evening to the ongoing health complications for the patriarch of the Brown family.
"My dad's still having some major medical issues," Bear explained on a video posted to his Instagram account.
He also revealed that Billy, "got out of surgery the other day."
Bear said there were still lots of tests for Billy to undergo, so the family is sticking around in town until those are completed.
No longer living in Alaska, the Brown family relocated to a rural area in Washington after their mother, Ami, was diagnosed with cancer.
Billy wanted to build his family a homestead off the grid in Washington, still trying to bring to fruition his Alaskan dream, but he unfortunately fell ill.

The reality star has had major difficulties with breathing, and while the specifics are still unclear, he has said doctors made it clear he's not going back up to the mountain anytime soon.
It's the latest twist in the ongoing emotional rollercoaster for the Brown family.
As we reported, Bear recently celebrated his engagement to girlfriend, Raiven, only to announce two weeks later that they would just remain friends.
Shortly after the breakup, it was revealed that the two are expecting a baby together, and are looking forward to co-parent their son.
Over the weekend, Raiven revealed her growing baby bump and told fans she is about 8-weeks along.
Bear has also expressed his joys at becoming a father, and it seems the family is fully on board with supporting the incoming member of the family.
