According to Page Six, a new witness in Diddy's federal case has disclosed that he once possessed some of Diddy's alleged sex tapes.

The witness, identified as Courtney Burgess, spoke to News Nation about the tapes after testifying before the grand jury for the rapper's case.

Burgess claims he came into possession of the tapes when Diddy's former partner, Kim Porter, reportedly handed him 11 flash drives prior to her passing in 2018. Burgess claimed he and Porter were acquaintances, and she entrusted him with the drives.

While Burgess refrained from sharing specific details about the drives' content, he did mention that they contained at least eight sex tapes involving Diddy, featuring eight celebrities and "two to three" minors.

Outside the courtroom for Diddy's grand jury, Burgess also revealed how he came to be involved in the rapper's case.

He was issued a subpoena by the Department of Homeland Security, seemingly given to him in response to his earlier media claims of having salacious video of Diddy and other A-listers.

Apart from requesting that Burgess testify before a grand jury, the subpoena also ordered Burgess to "turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy," per TMZ.

It remains uncertain whether Burgess actually submitted these items, and the specifics of his testimony before the grand jury have not been fully disclosed.

One Of The Rapper's Accusers Has Been Ordered By A Judge To Reveal Her Identity

Page Six reported that New York Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that an anonymous woman who sued Diddy must reveal her true identity or risk the dismissal of her lawsuit against the rapper.

Vyskocil noted that she understands that the alleged victim has "an interest in keeping her identity private given the sensitive nature of her allegations" and "the potential for public scrutiny of her personal life."

The judge, however, explained that the woman, who identified as "Jane Doe," has decided as an adult "to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately twenty years ago and, further accuses a number of businesses of complicity in that alleged conduct."

For this reason, Vyskocil believes that Doe "has not carried her burden to show that she is entitled to" being anonymous and has until November 13 to refile her lawsuit with her real name.
