New Year's Eve celebrations are typically a time for joy and merriment, but for John Legend's manager, Ty Stiklorius, a NYE party hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs was a harrowing experience.

Stiklorius has come forward to share the "terrifying" details of what unfolded that night, explaining that she was told by a man, whom she couldn't identify, to go into a bedroom and was locked there.

The manager noted that she considered the experience at the Diddy party an "anomaly" at the time before adding that John Legend is part of the good ones in the music business.

The 49-year-old music executive penned an article with the New York Times on Thursday where she opened up about a disturbing experience she encountered during a New Year's Eve bash that was hosted by Diddy some 27 years ago.

Stiklorius explained that she joined the yacht bash in St. Barts alongside her brother who had just recently graduated college at the time. During the event, she claimed she was "directed into a bedroom by a man" who she couldn't identify.

She clarified that she's "not sure of who [the individual] was or if he had any connection to" the embattled rapper but recalled hearing "nervous babbling" in response.

"To this day, I can't remember how I managed to talk my way out of that terrifying situation," she shared. "Perhaps … 'My brother's on this boat, and he's probably looking for me!' convinced him to unlock the bedroom door and let me go."

The Manager Felt The Incident Was An 'Anomaly'

At the time, the Friends at Work CEO seemingly tried to explain things away as she considered the experience an "anomaly" due to "just one guy behaving badly at a drunken party."

However, she has since reconsidered her stand, especially after saying she was given an "unsubtle invitation" to a senior music executive's hotel room a few years after her experience at Diddy's party.

According to the news outlet, Stiklorius went further to describe the music industry as "a pervasive culture … that actively fostered sexual misconduct and exploited the lives and bodies of those hoping to make it in the business" before heaping praise on Legend for helping her "find success."

"It turns out that many artists, including John, want to be a part of a different model of business and culture," she said of the "All of Me" singer.

Legend previously revealed that he was stunned after learning of the several sexual assault lawsuits brought against his former collaborator, Diddy.

In an appearance on CNN, the singer said he was "horrified" by the allegations and also reacted to the viral video of the "Bad Boy for Life" rapper hitting his ex-partner, Cassie, calling it "shameful."

"I was horrified by the descriptions that I read before the video evidence came out," he said. "And absolutely, it's something that needs to be brought to light when it happens."

"It's quite a shame," Legend continued. "I really just want accountability and hopefully some healing for all of his victims."

"My default stance is to believe women when they make these accusations and to make sure that we do whatever we can to support women [making them]," he added.

Diddy's Jail Was Hit With An 'Interagency Operation'

Meanwhile, Diddy has been locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since he was arrested in September just outside the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan. He has since been charged with sexual trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The "Bad Boy for Life" rapper had previously clamored for bail as reports emerged suggesting the holding facility was as "hell-like."

He has since been denied bail more than twice; however, he would seemingly be getting improved living conditions as investigators from several federal agencies recently visited the facility looking to ascertain its condition in a bid to improve it.

The "interagency operation" involved the FBOP, the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General, and other law enforcement authorities.

A rep who spoke with TMZ shared that the operation was done "to achieve our shared goal of maintaining a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn."

They also said it was part of "intensive efforts to improve conditions" at the facility, although it remains unclear which areas they want to focus on.

Following the "Finna Get Loose" rapper's detention, multiple sexual assault charges and allegations have been leveled against him, prominent of which is a case brought against him by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee.

Buzbee, who shared that he was representing over 100 individuals who Diddy allegedly assaulted sexually, claimed that other high-profile individuals may be complicit in the acts.

However, Diddy's lawyers recently filed for a judge to issue a cease and desist order to prevent potential witnesses and their attorneys from making statements that could prejudice Diddy's criminal trial.

"As the Court is aware, Mr. Combs has been the target of an unending stream of allegations by prospective witnesses and their counsel in the press," they said in their motion, per AP News.

They added, "These prospective witnesses and their lawyers have made numerous inflammatory extrajudicial statements aimed at assassinating Mr. Combs's character in the press."
