Beyoncé's dad, Mathew Knowles, is setting facts straight on Donald Trump's review of his daughter's outing at Kamala Harris' Houston rally!
The former manager comes through with a firm disclaimer of the former president's version of the event, which hinted that the R&B singer's iconic appearance at the rally was marked with boos from the audience.
Beyoncé attended the political rally with her former girl group mate Kelly Rowland, and she passed a strong vote of confidence in the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, Kamala Harris, ahead of the polls.
Beyoncé's Dad Calls BS On Donald Trump's Claims Of 'Booing'
Mathew disputed Trump's claim after he roasted the superstar on Wednesday in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and told his supporters the performer and her chosen candidate, Harris, were not shown love by the rally audience, especially after Beyoncé did not perform.
According to Beyoncé's dad, Trump's story was all shades of false, as he stated: "I can unequivocally say no one was booing. That's just a lie."
He added that although everyone has the right to express situations from their perspective, it is inhumane and spiteful to lie and paint stories about things that did not happen.
The American record executive noted that Harris' supporters went wild with joy at seeing his daughter and Rowland at the podium.
Mathew told TMZ that he was absolutely joyful at the rally as he caught a glimpse of what the future of America could look like, given the different demographics of the audience.
Tina Knowles Welcomed Her Daughter And Rowland On Stage At Kamala Harris Rally
It was a mini family affair for the Knowles at the rally as Beyoncé's mom and former hairstylist, Tina did the honors of welcoming the former Destiny's Child members on the stage.
"I have been so blessed in my life to have many careers, many Black jobs. But I said before, the best job that I ever had was being a mother," Tina began before adding:
"I've had the privilege of raising and helping to raise four daughters, and I also take immense pride in being Mama Tina to so many young women and men."
Tina famously raised her biological children, Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, her niece Angie, and Beyoncé's friend, Rowland, whom she fondly calls her "bonus daughter."
The duo heeded mama's call in super chic outfits, with Beyoncé looking snatched in an all-black ensemble with matching black heels and Rowland bossing it up in a striped, gray two-piece and a wicked structured bob.
Beyoncé's platinum wavy blonde hair perfectly contrasted her dark look as she added a bold touch to her outfit with black sheer tights which flaunted her beautiful long legs.
Beyoncé's Heartfelt Speech Reverberated Across The Audience
Beyoncé might not have given an electrifying performance at the rally. However, The Blast noted that her inspiring speech got the job done as soon as she mounted the podium to enlighten the audience on the importance of voting. The mother-of-three said at the rally:
"I'm not here as a celebrity. I'm not here as a politician. I'm here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world. A world where we have the freedom to control our bodies. A world where we're not divided. Our past, our present, our future merged to meet us here."
She encouraged the crowd and the nation to imagine women in a world with "no ceilings, no limitations" and consider the emotions of old mothers watching from home.
"Those who have lived to see this historic day. Even those who are no longer physically with us. Imagine all of their sacrifice. The sacrifices made so we can witness the strength of a woman standing in her power," the actress added.
Beyoncé then directed her speech and pleas to "all the men and women" in the room and those "watching around the country" and stressed how important it was for them to stand up and help Harris achieve her political ambition.
"Your voice has power and magnitude. Your vote is one of the most valuable tools, and we need you,"she added. "Your freedom is a God-given right, your human rights."
Kelly Rowland Encouraged Texas To Lend Their Hand In 'Creating Destiny' One More Time
The "Motivation" singer also did her thing at the podium in her oversized fit from Fear of God's upcoming Spring 2024 collection.
Rowland began her speech by welcoming everyone to a "remarkable…joyous day," noting that the time to "grab back the pen from those who are trying to write an American story of division and hatred" is around the corner.
The mother-of-two charged Houston, who "already had a hand in creating destiny," to do what they knew how to do best.
Harris' campaign theme for the night centered around women's reproductive rights, a topic which Texas is known to hold some of the nation's most restrictive abortion laws since Roe's overturn.
The vice president's campaign also got a cosign from Beyoncé to officially adopt her hit song "Freedom." as the campaign theme. The singer declared:
"Our moment is right now. It is time for America to sing a new song. Our voices sing a chorus of unity. They sing a song of dignity and opportunity. Are you all ready to add your voice to the new American song? Because I am. So let's do this."
Arnold Schwarzenegger Joins A Long List Of Donald Trump's Critics
Mathew's rebuttal of Trump's antics may have been mild compared to Schwarzenegger's harsh statement on the former president's vision for America despite being a Republican politician himself.
The Blast reported that the former governor aired his opinion on X, condemning Trump's past actions and remarks about America, noting that he was being "unpatriotic" to make a joke of America to the rest of the world.
"And I will always be an American before I am a Republican. That's why, this week, I am voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. I'm sharing it with all of you because I think there are a lot of you who feel like I do. You don't recognize our country. And you are right to be furious," Schwarzenegger noted.
He stated that electing Trump would only cause more division and insult to the American nation and stressed the need to "close the door on this chapter of American history."
Schwarzenegger concluded his post, writing: "I want to move forward as a country, and even though I have plenty of disagreements with their platform, I think the only way to do that is with Harris and Walz," and encouraged Americans to go out in their numbers and vote.
