Six years after Tatum's relationship with his former wife, Jenna Dewan, ended for good, their divorce battle rages on.

In September of this year, Dewan requested a full disclosure of her former husband's financial activity. Dewan and her team allege Tatum and his team have "been creating a chain of LLC's and 'holding companies' to conceal cash flow from the Magic Mike empire."

The "Magic Mike" franchise began 12 years ago with the release of "Magic Mike," followed by a sequel three years later. A third film, "Magic Mike's Last Dance" was released last year.

In addition to the films, the franchise has inspired a live show in Las Vegas, a reality show, and licensing deals. Per Dewan, "The Magic Mike intellectual property and derivative assets which were created during the marriage have since proliferated into a franchise of extremely lucrative live shows and other business activities."

The "self-dealing transactions" that Dewan alleged her former husband and his business partners of participating in, are reportedly designed to "hide 'Magic Mike' intellectual property and deriviave asset income as performance and consulting fees." The former couple's divorce was finalized on September 25th.

Tatum and Dewan were married in 2009 after meeting three years earlier on the set of the cult dance film, "Step Up."
