Kevin Hart Set for Release From Hospital, Will Still Require Medical Professionals Round The Clock

Kevin Hart is just hours away from being released from a Los Angeles hospital after his doctors felt he was well enough to be discharged and start the long road to recovery at home.
Sources close to Hart tell The Blast, Kevin has been making great strides in his healing after he had major back surgery to repair several fractures in his spine.
We're told the doctors have informed the comedian, he will either be out Tuesday, or at the latest Wednesday.
The "Jumanji" star will need the assistant of a back brace for support after he leaves the hospital, and as he progresses, he the doctors will re-evaluate what he needs to heal. The good news is he is stable enough where he will not need a wheelchair.

Plus, we're told he may check into an in-patient facility for a few days to help the transition to being at home full time. At this point, we are told the decision hasn't been made if that will be his first stop. Either way, he will have a medical professional with him for the immediate future.

We broke the story, Hart is facing a long road to recovery after his devastating car wreck, it will be at least 4 months before the comedian will be able to get back to work.
Our sources say Hart's surgeons had to fuse his spine in three different places after it was determined he endured multiple fractures in his back.
The surgery was a success, and we were told at the time, "It helps that he was physically in such great shape."

Hart was injured when his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda veered off the road near his home and into an embankment.
