According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Remini and Pagán's divorce was finalized on Friday with a judge's signature on the papers. Although they reached the end of the road in record time, the pair won't be legally single until March 2025.

The divorce finalization comes weeks after the pair settled without enlisting lawyers. While the terms of their agreement were confidential, Remini and Pagán reportedly ironed out their differences with a mediator's help.

The actress kicked off the divorce proceedings in late August, listing the duo's separation date as August 1. Remini and Pagán did not have to hash out terms like child custody or child support thanks to their only child, a daughter, being an adult.

However, The Blast reported that their divorce hit a hurdle when Pagán requested for Remini's spousal support rights to be terminated. In her filing, the TV personality had asked the court not to award alimony to either of them.

Before filing for divorce, Remini announced her separation from Pagán in a joint Instagram post. The pair penned a lengthy statement about how their decision to split came "after a lot of thought and care."

They stressed that they were "approaching this with a positive outlook," noting their friendship remained intact despite their split. As for what sparked their divorce, Remini and Pagán blamed it on their growth as individuals.

The pair claimed they had grown apart and their roles no longer matched their reality. Nonetheless, Remini and Pagán remained grateful for the beautiful memories they shared, especially their joy as parents.

They hoped their journey would inspire others, writing, "We would love for everyone to have more access to different kinds of relationship stories and not feel so isolated in navigating the changes that millions of couples make every year."

The end of Remini's marriage to Pagán sparked an unexpected reunion with her former pal Jennifer Lopez. The Blast noted the pair had been estranged for the last two years after allegedly falling out due to the latter's relationship.

However, Remini and Lopez's separation from their partners helped mend the broken bridge between them. A source claimed the actresses had a "long heart-to-heart" conversation as they "couldn't believe they were both in the middle of a divorce."

Remini slashed the price to $11,999,000, then $10,500,000; however, no one was interested. She was forced to go even lower than her initial goal, and someone bought her home for $9,300,000 on July 1.

The new buyer got their money's worth as Remini's longtime home sat on 1.5 acres of "meticulously manicured grounds." The property featured six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with the added luxury of being in a neighborhood full of celebrities.
