Taylor Swift Thanked 'Swifties' For Inspiring An Integral Part Of The Tour

Nostalgia for the tour seemed to already be in the air in New Orleans last night when Swift found herself in a reflective mood. The "Snow On The Beach" singer took a second to recognize Swifties for their gigantic role in crafting (literally) the Eras Tour's legacy.

Swift acknowledged the beloved beaded bracelets that Swifties have created and traded with one another. The bracelets have become associated with the tour's image, thus becoming linked to the singer.

Opening up about what the Eras Tour friendship bracelets have meant to her, the 34-year-old told the New Orleans audience, "You’ve created traditions. You’ve created this mass movement of joy every time we play a show. And it makes me so proud, it really does," she said, per People.

Last Weekend's Miami Show Included Some Throwback Surprises

Swifties were in for a shock last Saturday night when their girl turned the clock back to incorporate a beloved older song into the show's staple melody of surprise songs.

The calendar was briefly taken back to 2008 when Swift sang "White Horse" and paired it with "loml," a track from her most recent album, "Tortured Poets Department."

The juxtaposition of songs about heartbreak and true love played well against the story of Swift's off-stage personal life; the star's romance with NFL titan Travis Kelce has inspired headlines and generated excitement for her fans.

The duo have been together for over a year, with the "Love Story" singer regularly attending the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's games.

Fans were in for a treat last week when Olivia Benson, Swift's beloved feline, made an appearance in an Instagram reel!

Olivia's mama took the little lady out to look at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. The duo surveyed their surroundings while "WHATCHU KNO ABOUT ME," the collab between GloRilla and Sexyy Red, played in the background.

The moment was also shared with TikTok, generating excitement with fans before the final show of the landmark tour ends in December.
