The arrest happened in Oklahoma, where he was caught driving intoxicated shortly after a prior sighting of him in the back seat of another guy. Following the unsettling development, the police decided to pull him aside at the traffic light, where he told the officer he was intoxicated.
Tape recordings from the arrest confirmed that Bryan admitted to driving under the influence. He was then removed from the car to take a sobriety test, after which he claimed his soberness was at 5 out of 10.
Bryan also reportedly refused to use a breathalyzer at the scene of his arrest. TMZ shared that he was booked into the Custer County Jail after 8:30 a.m. Friday.

The former child actor got into trouble with the police back in February. The Blast noted that according to reports, La Quinta police conducted a traffic stop at around 2 a.m. on Saturday when they discovered a vehicle involved in a "traffic collision."
Bryan was then discovered in the vehicle, where he reportedly showed signs of being heavily intoxicated and incapable of holding a conversation or driving a car.
Bryan was charged with both a misdemeanor, "contempt of court," and a felony for operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was then booked into a Riverside County jail.
The 42-Year-Old Was Arrested For Alleged Felony Assault Involvement
Last year, Bryan was arrested in Eugene, Oregon, on July 28 with fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery, and harassment. Following the arrest, his lawyer declared:
"Presumption of innocence is extremely important, and people should withhold judgment until they see what the actual facts are."
The Eugene Police Department also confirmed the actor's arrest for a felony in a released statement. It read:
"At around 6:00 p.m. on July 28, Eugene Police received a report of a physical dispute between a male and adult female at a north Eugene residence. The dispute was reported to have occurred several hours prior, and the suspect, identified as Zachery Ty Bryan, age 41, of Laguna Beach, California, had left the location."
The Eugene Police Department noted the reports and subsequently contacted Bryan in the area and lodged him at Lane County Jail on a charge of assault in the Fourth Degree APA (Abuse Prevention Act).

Bryan was accused of fraudulently taking about $109k from the ex-partner by falsely cooking up a contract in a 2021 movie called "Warning."
The Blast reported that the ex-partner filed a lawsuit demanding that Bryan's financial information be reviewed. He was served with "an enforcement of judgment" request last August, which read:
"YOU ARE ORDERED TO APPEAR personally before this court, or before a referee appointed by the court, to furnish information to aid in the enforcement of a money judgment against you."
The ex-partner reportedly wanted Bryan to show up to the scheduled court date on November 2, 2023 in Los Angeles.
