County Star Kylie Rae Harris Dies In Car Accident At Age 30

Country singer Kylie Rae Harris died Wednesday, after being involved in a three-car crash in New Mexico.
The singer-songwriter was only 30-years-old.
“We are heartbroken to confirm that Kylie Rae Harris passed away in a car accident last night," Harris' publicist said in a statement. "Everyone that knew Kylie knew how much she loved her family and, beyond that, how much she loved music. The best tribute to her unmatched enthusiasm for both is to spread as much love as you can today, and listen to music that fully inspires you.”
According to reports, the singer, a 16-year-old woman and a third person who was driving the vehicle were involved in the accident,
The crash was located on State Road 522, near Taos, New Mexico.
Both Harris and the 16-year-old were killed in the accident. The driver escaped the deadly crash uninjured.

Kylie Rae posted an a message on Twitter earlier in the day, "Fuel range is 46 miles and I’m 36 from the nearest gas station. Dear baby Jesus please don’t let me get stranded in NM."
The Taos County Sheriff's Office says that alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash. But, specifics on that point have not been made public. It's unclear if the driver of Kylie's car or the other vehicle was drinking.
Harris is survived by her six-year-old daughter, Corbie.
Harris had released her first album in 2013, titled “Taking It Back.” A year later, she won the 2014 Female Vocalist of the Year from the Texas Regional Radio Music Awards.
