Flaunting her bombshell figure from the ocean as she modeled another two-piece, Kate turned heads with her fit figure, one that was deemed as having "perfect proportions" in 2022. In vacation photos with husband Justin Verlander two years ago, users on The Daily Mail left over 400 comments, most of which flattered the blonde and included the above-mentioned remark.

Following Kate Upton's cover, her trainer opened up to SI Swim, detailing how the model prepared for her big shoot.

"Training-wise, she pushes herself very hard, but she’s also great about listening to her body and not overdoing it," Ben Bruno revealed, also sharing that Kate "likes to lift heavy weights." Kate also upped her heart rate with cardio sessions between two and three times a week. The blue-eyed beauty even had to get ready for her shoot last-minute!
