Last month, Glennon filed a notice of intention to relocate his residence, as part of the paternity case he filed against the reality star, seeking primary custody of their their 1-year-old son, James.
Glennon had previously requested that Portwood only be allowed supervised visitation, as believes she cannot provide a safe and stable environment for the child.

Glennon is planning to move to Malibu, after allegedly getting attacked by Portwood back in July, resulting in the reality star being charged with three felonies.
As we reported, Portwood was charged with domestic battery, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, and criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon ... the last because she allegedly pulled a machete on her boyfriend during the attack.
Since her arrest, Portwood has been couch surfing with friends before being able to check into a hotel room for some comfort and privacy.
"The joy of having a bed AGAIN!!!!! (excuse the cleavage) to go from a couch for over a month to these hotel beds literally feels like a blessing! I'm so ecstatic every time! Always sending love everyone," the "Teen Mom" wrote to fans.
The custody case between the two continues as Portwood also prepares to face her criminal charges.
