Zach Bryan's Ex-Partner Brianna LaPaglia Breaks Silence On Break-Up Announcement: 'I Wanted To Heal Privately'

A tearful Brianna LaPaglia has partly addressed Zach Bryan's shocking breakup announcement post!

The podcaster took to YouTube to get some things off her chest after her ex-boyfriend blindsided her by going public with their decision to part ways romantically.

Brianna LaPaglia and Zach Bryan made their public debut as a couple at the Grammys this year, and things were reportedly fine between the pair until this sudden split.

The 25-year-old uploaded the 3-minute-long video captioned, "Love you guys, I'll be back soon," and uploaded it to her Plan Bri UnCut YouTube page.

The video showed the podcaster speaking to her audience from the bathroom floor, where she has interestingly found much comfort lately amid the chaos in her life.

"I just woke up to Zach posting on his Instagram that we broke up, and I had no idea that post was going up. He didn't text me, he didn't call me. I just woke up to a bunch of texts, like, 'Are you okay?'" LaPaglia stated.

She admitted feeling blindsided by the announcement as she added, "Do you see the swelling on my face? I've been crying for like five days straight." LaPaglia could not stop the tears from flowing the entire video as she declared:

"I'm at the point where it's like, how can you give someone everything and love them so unconditionally, like through stuff that you shouldn't because you just love them and you want them... like you see the good in them?"

The content creator could not hide her embarrassment as she claimed the country singer discarded her in "a few days" like she meant nothing to him.

LaPaglia explained that she wanted to heal privately before discussing the split, and she had no idea Bryan would share the news so quickly, and without her knowledge.

She noted that they decided to end things yesterday, and she has been getting loads of messages from everybody since her former boyfriend pulled his stunt, despite her intentions to handle "this as a human first."

The YouTuber affirmed her decision to take things slow and not go into the details of their current reality, with a promise to fill the fans in on all the information later.

She concluded the video by requesting privacy and assuring her fans that she would find her way around the situation in due time. "I'm just really, really hurt right now," she added. "I wanted to just be hurt for a week and lay in bed...I just didn't want it to be public."

The online personality video prompted varying responses from her subscribers and viewers, who gave their two cents in the comments. One viewer wrote:

"You gave him a chance to prove that he could be loyal and good when, in his past relationships, he showed that he wasn't. I totally feel your pain; you saw the best in him, and everyone could tell you truly loved him. You'll get through it."

Another user encouraged the content creator by writing, "It's not embarrassing. You love hard. You deserve the world. I hope the negativity doesn't overshadow the support. We love you."

One curious person wrote, "I'm confused, if you were crying for 5 days straight why wouldn't he post that you broke up when that's whathappened. Why is that blindsiding?"

"Oh honey [love emoji] you've been through so much with this relationship. From all the hate to now this. You are so strong," wrote this empathetic commenter.

LaPaglia has continued to receive an outpouring of love since the emotional video dropped on her YouTube page.

Before uploading the lengthy video on YouTube, The Blast gathered that the celebrity initially admitted to being blindsided by her ex on her Instagram story a few moments after Bryan confirmed they were no longer a couple.

"Hey guys I'm feeling really blindsided right now. Gonna hop off social media for a while and attempt to heal privately," she began. As she said in her YouTube video, LaPaglia promised her Instagram fans she would return with more details on their 1+ year failed relationship.

"I love you guys so much thank you for all of your kind words. Remember you are so loved, and everything's always gonna be okay," the post concluded.

Although the relationship has run its course, the former couple made wholesome memories together, including their first meeting. The pair reportedly met for the first time at the Academy of Country Music Awards last year, where LaPaglia requested a picture with the country music star.

Two months later, in July, the podcaster confirmed she was dating the musician, saying, "It's fun, it's casual... just wanted to address it because the whole internet is freaking the f— out and people are doing sh-t."

The couple became Instagram official in September, and in February 2024, they attended the Grammys red carpet together. Bryan went on to win his first Grammy Award later that night with his new beau beaming with pride in the audience.
