The drama between Jennifer Pedranti and her ex-husband, William Pedranti, continues with her response to his spousal support motion.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star's former beau recently implored the court to terminate their spousal support agreement. This plea was extended to his monthly child support fees as he requested a reduction.

However, Jennifer Pedranti fired back at his motion with an income and expense declaration — revealing her "RHOC" earnings for the first time. She argued that if his plea were granted, it would significantly strain her finances and impact their children's stability.

Jennifer Pedranti Reveals Her 'RHOC' Finances In New Documents

According to the TV personality's financial declaration, she generated income as a reality TV star and yoga studio owner. She revealed she earned $7,500 per episode from the "RHOC" series while her profits from other ventures varied monthly.

Jennifer listed her average monthly income as $10,740 but claimed she spent more than she earned monthly. Her expenses included $3,000 on groceries, $500 on healthcare, $250 on childcare, $1,750 on eating out, $75 for her phone, and $100 on cleaning.

The list continued with $2,000 on clothes, $500 on entertainment, $1,471 on car expenses, $130 on a pet, $125 for a gym membership, and $1,000 on other costs for the kids — amassing a total of $10,914.

Jennifer Doesn't Want To Lose Out On Spousal Support

In her documents, Jennifer stressed that she wasn't employed during her 18-year marriage to William. She claimed "she dedicated her time to raising their four children" and caring for her ex-husband instead of prioritizing her career.

"Jennifer supported [William's] career aspirations as an attorney," the filing stated. It noted the lack of spousal support would significantly affect the TV personality's role as a mother, arguing:

"[Jennifer] is the primary caregiver for their minor children aged 9 to 17. Increasing the [Jennifer's] work hours beyond the current schedule would conflict with the best interests of the children."

Jennifer added that she needed help catering to her needs and those of her children. She claimed she had "limited assets" and slammed William for allegedly failing to pay her one-half of the proceeds from their former home, as stated in their settlement.

William Pedranti Allegedly Owes His Ex-wife Over $200,000

According to Jennifer, her ex-husband allegedly owes her $267,000 from selling their former home. Besides this amount, he had a debt of overdue support fees, with her documents claiming:

"William is behind approximately $22,000 in his support obligation to me and the kids."

Jennifer went on to bash her ex for requesting the removal of her spousal support rights based on her new relationship. "I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan," she argued.

"The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option," Jennifer explained. She claimed she wouldn't be in this position if her ex-husband had given her a share of their home's sale.

The 'RHOC' Star Denied Harassing Her Ex-Husband

In her argument, Jennifer claimed William was aware she was living with her fiancé at the time of their settlement. "Therefore, it is not a change of circumstance warranting consideration to terminate spousal support," she noted.

As for William's harassment claims, the reality TV star vehemently denied all wrongdoing. Instead, she claimed her ex refused to communicate with her about their children and ignored her messages on Our Family Wizard platform.

"The court will note none of my messages are harassing, mean, or disparaging," Jennifer noted. "If William would communicate with me, I would not need to go to his house or try to communicate with him live," she stressed.

Jennifer Pedranti's Ex-Husband Claimed His Earnings Had Reduced

The Blast reported that William filed a motion to cancel Jennifer's spousal support and reduce their children's support fees. He believed his ex-wife earned more than enough from Bravo and other ventures while his income was poor.

According to William, his average monthly expenses total $14,320 despite experiencing a significant salary reduction. He claimed the drop was caused by his "employer needing to conserve capital resources."

On that note, he argued that Jennifer's cohabitation with her fiancé was a good reason to cancel her spousal support fees. William also accused her of "harassment and an invasion" of his privacy.

As for his child support payments, William asked for the $4,674 monthly bill to be reduced because his son Dawson had moved him with him. Who will the court support between the former Pedranti couple?
