After Liam Payne's Tragic Passing, Fans Claim They Received A Message From Above

Following Liam Payne's tragic passing, fans are expressing their belief that he has sent them a message from beyond.

The former One Direction band member sadly "fell" to his death in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Wednesday, October 16. Buenos Aires City Police reported that the singer was on the third floor of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel when he apparently jumped from the balcony of his room.

Prior to Liam Payne's tragic passing, hotel officials reached out to authorities, begging them to "send someone with urgency" about a guest who was allegedly "drunk with drugs and alcohol."

When authorities arrived about seven minutes after the 911 call, they discovered Payne's body in the hotel’s inner courtyard, where he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Alberto Crescenti, the director of SAME, Buenos Aires Emergency Medical Services, in a statement to ABC News.

“British musician Liam James Payne, composer and guitarist, former member of the band One Direction, died today after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Palermo,” another statement read. “In the afternoon, police personnel from Precinct 14B were directed to the hotel by a 911 call reporting an aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”

According to the autopsy, Payne died of "polytrauma and internal and external bleeding."

In the wake of his tragic passing, fans have united to mourn the former boy band member, with some even choosing to get his iconic arrow tattoo. Others believe that Payne has communicated from beyond, as they spotted four clouds shaped like arrows, all pointing in the same direction—mirroring Payne's tattoo.

"Thank you for the beautiful sign," one fan captioned a video clip of the clouds. "Gone to soon but never forgotten."

Others immediately chimed in, noticing that "All the arrows [are] pointing in one direction."

"It’s a sign he made it to the pearly gates," another said as one TikToker commented, "Liam giving us signs that he’s ok now. He knows how much we love him."

"The fact that there are exactly 4 arrows there too," another fan said.

One Direction fans are honoring Liam Payne in a meaningful way after his tragic passing at 31. Many have chosen to get tattoos of five arrows, inspired by the design Payne had on his arm. The late singer sported a tattoo of four arrows on the back of his arm, believed to symbolize the four other members of the group: Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson.

While Payne had four arrows, fans are adding a fifth.

One Direction was formed on "The X Factor" in 2010 and went on to release four albums during their time together. The group disbanded in 2015, shortly after Malik's departure in March of that year.

A preliminary autopsy has revealed that the former One Direction singer, who tragically passed away at the age of 31, had multiple substances in his system at the time of his fall from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, sources have informed ABC News.

Among the substances detected were "pink cocaine"—a recreational drug typically composed of a mix of methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA, and other drugs—as well as cocaine, benzodiazepines, and crack.

Additionally, an improvised aluminum pipe used for drug ingestion was discovered in his hotel room, according to the sources.

One Direction released a heartfelt statement in response to Liam Payne's passing.

"We're completely devastated by the news of Liam's passing. In time, and when everyone is able to, there will be more to say," the statement, which was posted to the band's Instagram page, began. "But for now, we will take some time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, who we loved dearly."

"The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever," the statement continued. "For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the fans who loved him alongside us. We will miss him terribly."

They ended their statement by saying, "We love you Liam."
