Leviss Blamed Past Toxic Relationship For Her Current Emotional Deficiencies

The reality star stressed the importance of recognizing and appreciating kindness in men despite unpleasant past experiences and unhealthy behavior in relationships.

The 29-year-old discussed checking into The Meadows Mental Health rehabilitation center in Arizona to help her fully heal and release the conflict with her former co-star, Madix.

"One of the assignments was a shame backpack where basically, I was instructed to write down every mean thing that I could recall being thrown my way. All the insults, all the name calling, all the derogatory comments that I could remember." Leviss explained, adding that she included a photo of Madix in the shame backpack.

She added that the treatment center created a book from each paper she wrote on, and she had to carry it around everywhere she went for a week despite the very heavy weight.

What is next for Rachel Leviss now that her podcast is over? Time will tell.
