Demi Lovato Asked If Unclothed Bathroom Photo Really 'Necessary'

Demi Lovato faced immense backlash for her decision to strip down to absolutely nothing back in 2015. In photos that are still live, the former Disney star displayed her feminine curves in her birthday suit, sharing her unclothed Vanity Fair photo to social media. Flaunting her bare backside without any censoring, Demi flashed the flesh while sitting on the edge of a bathtub, something that users on The Daily Mail deemed beneath her. While one lamented that they "used to look up" to Demi, another asked the "Confident" hitmaker if the photo was really "necessary."

Looking sensational as she showed off her recent weight loss, the pop favorite rocked a stylish, strapless bikini in black while posing from a boat in Hawaii. Fans left the IG snap over 1 million likes.

The latest photo on Demi's Instagram showed her in glam mode as she modeled a slinky ruched dress. Going strapless and with some sparkle, Demi showed off her killer figure, rocking retro curled locks as she sported dramatic dark eye makeup.

"Wearing heels and getting glammed up is only something I do when I have to because I do it so much. I like to wear athleisure clothes and I wanted to create something I would wear day-to-day and my fans could wear as well," Demi Lovato told photographer Brittany Xavier. Demi's love of sporty clothing has proven lucrative for her, landing her repeated campaigns and collabs with gym wear brand Fabletics.
