The Bridgertonalum, 29, is currently in New York City, where she showed off a sleek, sexy look while attending the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Opting out of a lingerie getup, Phoebe highlighted her stunning figure in a thigh-skimming blazer minidress, rocking sheer stockings while going shirtless. Channeling her classic sense of style and signature understated elegance, Phoebe had some fans gushing over her look, but a comment suggesting that she isn't eating enough also gained likes.
