One of Sean "Diddy" Combs' male accusers has shared an image of him and the hip-hop mogul at one of his White Parties.
The accuser, who has refused to be named, claimed that he was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy founder when he was 16.
The incident allegedly happened at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' soirees, attended by countless celebrities and A-listers from the music and entertainment industry.
Diddy's Accuser Shares Proof Of Him Attending The Rapper's White Party
One of the accusers, represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, has released a picture of him being at a Diddy party as part of his recently filed lawsuit.
In addition to his proof, the anonymous individual, addressed as John Doe, narrated the incident that led to him being assaulted by Diddy.
He claimed that after being invited to the party, he was luckily able to meet with Diddy, who quickly took an interest in him.
However, what he thought was an opportunity to sell himself as a potential music star soon turned into a molestation situation after Diddy took him to a private corner to discuss further.
"[Combs] instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his p-nis so that Combs could inspect it…..out of fear, anxiety and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his p-nis as Combs previously instructed," the filing read, per Daily Mail.
It continued: "Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe's p-nis and genitals with his hand… for an extended period of time…During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a fashion to manipulate John Doe's genitals, squeezing and feeling them. Doe was only sixteen."
The Accuser Claims Diddy Is A 'Menace'
In the filing, the accuser also blasted Diddy, calling him a "menace to society, women and children." He also claimed that the White Parties were a cover for several illicit activities helmed by the rapper.
"There existed something sinister - a dark underbelly of crime, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, bribery and prostitution," the filing read.
According to the documents, the baby oils discovered during earlier raids on the rapper's home may have been more than they seemed, referencing allegations of the rapper "dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils... laced with GBH" to make them easier to assault.
John Doe is one of 120+ victims to have accused the rapper of several sex crimes, all of whom are represented by Buzbee.
It is believed that 25 of the alleged victims were minors at the time Diddy was said to have abused them.
Diddy's Attorneys Believe New Accusations May Deprive The Rapper Of A Fair Trial
Diddy's attorneys claimed that the accusations were all "outrageous and deeply prejudicial" and could prevent the rapper from getting a fair trial on his federal sex crime charges.
"Counsel for these accusers recently convened a press conference at which he claimed to represent 120 accusers making outrageous and deeply prejudicial allegations, including violent sexual assault and sexual abuse of minors," they said in a letter to a Manhattan federal court judge, per Variety.
They also claimed it was all a "publicity stunt" because Buzbee garnered the accusers' attention by posting a broadcast on Instagram with a '1-800' number that reportedly "received 12,000 calls in the first 24 hours."
The attorneys continued, "These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven't already."
Diddy's Lawyers Want Names Of His Accusers
In the letter, Diddy's lawyers also requested that the names of his accusers in his federal case be known to help him prepare his defense for his trial.
The trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025, pending all pre-trial motions being completed on time.
According to the legal team, having the names is necessary because Diddy's case is "unique," and several individuals chose to accuse him "due to his celebrity status and wealth."
They also claimed that the "publicity of his previously settled lawsuit" with ex-Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura and the alleged "grand jury leaks and false, inflammatory statements by the DHS agents" played a part in the influx of allegations against the rapper.
In the meantime, the rapper recently filed an appeal to his second bail denial. However, his chances of being free took a hit when an appeals court judge denied his immediate release on Friday. His fate now rests in the hands of a three-judge panel from the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, who will review his bail request, per AP News.
A Lot Of People 'Owe' Diddy Which May Influence His Trial
After being charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, Diddy pleaded not guilty to all three felony counts.
The rapper also indicated via his legal team that he has no plans to take a plea deal if the prosecution does choose to bring one to the table.
A source has hinted that Diddy's disinterest in a plea deal might be due to his intention to influence his trial with his connections.
"He's incredibly smart," an insider told People Magazine. "He knows a lot of people, and he's helped a lot of people — so a lot of people owe him. He knows that."
According to the source, the music mogul still holds much sway and "is capable of a lot — much more than people think, even now" as he remains in jail.
