The 22-year-old U.S. gymnast has yet to make a statement regarding her brother’s arrest and murder charges.
She tweeted “eating my feelings don’t talk to me” on Thursday evening.
She also posted a picture showing her with her boyfriend, Stacey Ervin Jr., on Instagram.
“missing you a lil extra today,” she captioned the shot.
The decorated gymnast has been through a lot these past several years.
She was one of the strong women who spoke out against Larry Nassar‘s sexual abuse.
Months ago, she sat down with Priyanka Chopra to discuss how she overcame depression following her experience with Nassar.
Most recently, she made history in her sport by landing a double twisting, double somersault dismount off the balance beam at the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri.
💥 WAIT FOR IT 💥@Simone_Biles is the first person in history to perform this dismount and 👏 SHE 👏 NAILED 👏 IT. #USGymChamps pic.twitter.com/l7vVInxMJv
