After hitting her late 50s, Tamra Judge finally understands why she behaved a certain way, thanks to her first therapy session.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star revealed that she was on the Autism spectrum disorder thanks to a new diagnosis. She dropped the health update on the latest episode of her "Two Ts In A Pod" podcast with co-host Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.

According to Tamra Judge, she used to be confused about her emotions, especially how challenging it was to feel "empathy." But thanks to her new diagnosis, the reality TV star comprehends why she reacts differently in certain situations compared to others.

"Now I need to know. Like, what?" her co-host replied, to which Judge said: "I am on the spectrum." Arroyave was visibly shocked by the revelation, lamenting, "Oh my gosh. Tam." However, her pal begged her not to get emotional.

The 'RHOC' Star's Husband Was Not The First To Learn About Her Diagnosis

Judge revealed that at the time of the episode's recording, she had not told her husband, Eddie Judge, about her diagnosis. She claimed she learned about her condition before the shoot, noting:

"Like, [my therapist] asked me, 'You have really bad social anxiety, and you are very much like, I just wanna be at home'… And it's because the anxiety that I have when I talk to people and how I make it through the show is drinking."

Armed with the new knowledge about her condition, Judge noted that moving forward, "there's gonna be have to be a lot of huge changes" and that it would be "a rough few months." Her update comes a month after she took fans on her cosmetic surgery journey.

The TV Personality Shared Her Recovery Progress With Fans

In September, The Blast reported that Judge had turned her Instagram page into an update channel covering her recovery from cosmetic procedures. Day 3 saw her experiencing pain and swelling on her face.

"Okay, guys, this is day 3. It is supposed to be the worst of it when it comes to swelling. The swelling is from the CO2 Laser. You can see it is all the way down to my chest," Judge shared, noting the doctor promised she would feel instant relief after the third day.

Judge began updating fans immediately after the cosmetic procedures, documenting her trip to the operating room. On the day of the surgery, she revealed she "visited Dr. Donald Mowlds in Newport Beach, who works alongside Dr. Ambe, for a brow lift, CO2 laser, and a blue chemical peel."

Tamra Judge's Cosmetic Procedures Started Seven Years Ago

According to Judge, she got a lower facelift seven years ago but skipped the upper part of her face — a mistake she compared to "painting the house but forgetting the trim."

Following the surgery, the TV personality revealed the first day of healing had been painless compared to the third day. However, doctors noted she would make a swift recovery as long as she took her meds.

Fans supported the Bravolebrity's cosmetic updates with encouraging comments and well-wishes, with many touched by her honesty.
