The "Indecent Proposal" actress has been open to sharing the lessons she has learned since Willis' diagnosis, some quite blunt.

In January, Moore spoke to Andy Cohen about the one factor she had learned to help her through the many changes those close to Willis have undoubtedly undergone since the actor's diagnosis. She told the "Watch What Happens Live" host on his Sirius-XM radio show, "I think the most important thing is to meet them where they're at," the Brat Pack alumna said, per The Daily Mail, as The Blast previously reported.

"When you let go of who they've been, or who you think they should be, or even who you would like them to be, you can then really stay in the present and take in the joy and the love that is present and there for all that they are, not all that they're not," "The Substance" actress said.

The 'Pulp Fiction' Actor 'Stepped Away' From Acting Following His Aphasia Diagnosis

The Willis clan rallied around their man back in March of 2022 after publicly announcing the actor's initial diagnosis. Willis was soon found to have FTD in February of last year. The disorder affects verbal capabilities and gets progressively worse. An FTD patient can also encounter behavior changes, as The Blast previously reported.

In October, the "Sixth Sense" actor's friend, Glenn Gordon Caren, revealed the actor was no longer "totally verbal," and his language skills had begun diminishing.

Caren told Page Six, "He's not totally verbal; he used to be a voracious reader ā€” he didn't want anyone to know that ā€” and he's not reading now," adding, "All those language skills are no longer available to him, and yet he's still Bruce."

The "Feud" actress participated in a live discussion at the ceremony wherein she spoke about her ex-husband.

"You know, I've said this before. The disease is what the disease is. And I think you have to be in real deep acceptance of what that is," Moore told the audience. "But for where he's at, he is stable," she said, per People Magazine.

Moore also comes from a place of patience when it comes to accepting the often grim reality of FTD. She went on to say, "What I always encourage is to just meet them where they're at. When you're holding on to what was, I think it's a losing game," "but when you show up to meet them where they're at, there is great beauty and sweetness," Moore concluded.
