Christina Hall (née Haack) may be the sole owner of the Tennessee home her estranged husband, Josh Hall, lives in, but he believes she cannot sell the property without his input.

The former couple have been embroiled in a tumultuous split, with the real estate agent frequently throwing jabs at Josh on social media. The pair found a new reason to fight when Christina listed her Leiper's Fork home for $4.5 million.

Josh Hall recently fired back at her decision to sell the Tennessee property, arguing that the pair had an agreement to let him reside during their estrangement. However, Christina "unilaterally" changed her mind and was unwilling to negotiate.

According to new reports, Josh filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of the Leiper's Fork property in Tennessee. He claimed the home, also called the Parker Branch, was placed on the marker without his approval.

Christina purchased the property in February 2021, a year before tying the knot to Josh. Despite having all the ownership rights to the Tennessee home, Josh argued that:

"The community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage. A premature sale may result in prejudice to me as property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which continues to grow in population."

His arguments, per the documents obtained by Daily Mail, continued with allegations of Christina initially trying to seek his consent for the sale. Josh claimed she asked for his "written agreement" to sell the home on September 23, but he refused.

Josh Claims He Found Out About The Sale On Social Media

A day after rejecting Christina, Josh noted she returned with a proposed Stipulation and Order about the Tennessee property. He claimed she "unilaterally prepared" the agreement and was met with another rejection.

Josh countered her offer on September 25 with a global settlement offer relating to the home. However, Christina rejected his proposal on September 30 before allegedly moving forward with the "unilateral listing" of the Tennessee property without his consent.

According to Josh, he found out that she had listed the home for sale through social media and immediately contacted her through his counsel. He stressed to Christina that he never agreed to place the property on the market.

In response, Josh's estranged wife allegedly argued that his objection was "ineffective" and refused to remove the home from the market. He doubled down on her actions being prejudiced, claiming they agreed about his residence.

Inside The Estranged Couple's Alleged Agreement About The Tennessee Home

Josh claimed that he and Christina had come to an agreement about their Newport Beach and Parker Branch homes during their separation. The pair settled on letting the real estate investor have "exclusive use and possession" of the first property while he got the second.

According to Josh, the Parker Branch served as a short-term rental when it was not in use. Whenever guests were around, he stayed with family but had only spent 12 days at the property in September before Christina moved to sell it.

"My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned Stipulation, allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation. I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase," Josh lamented in his filing.

In his filing, Josh repeatedly insisted he was on the losing end if Christina was allowed to sell the Tennessee property. He stressed that there would be "no prejudice" to her if the court stopped the sale.

Josh painted a picture of dire need, claiming, "She is enjoying our community residence. She is in control of our entire marital estate. She has cut me out of our businesses post-separation, impacting my earnings."

"Christina has continued to maintain the marital status quo while I have endured significant changes, to my detriment," Josh lamented, adding, "There exists no compelling basis to sell the Parker Branch property during the pendency of this action."

Before Josh's motion to stop the sale, The Blast reported that Christina had listed the Tennessee property on the market for $4.5 million. She raved about the sale on Her Instagram Stories and threw not-so-subtle jabs at her ex for adding the property to his bio.

"I guess 'Leiper's Fork' is gonna have to come off the bio soon. Time to go back to reality. Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed," Christina penned.

She slammed Josh as money-hungry, adding: "All about trying to take everything you can... With your mind on my money and my money on your mind...Byeeee."

Will Josh Hall's request to stop the sale be granted, or will Christina Haack be victorious?
