Jennifer Pedranti's divorce saga is not over yet, as she continues her battle with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, over financial matters.

Just after finalizing their divorce, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star took a bold step by serving his legal papers, signaling that their conflicts were far from resolved. As Jennifer Pedranti fights for what she believes is hers, it remains to be seen how this legal showdown will impact her post-divorce journey.

Jennifer Pedranti Takes Action Against Ex-Husband Over Money

The reality TV star ramped up her legal battle against her estranged beau by enlisting a process server to hand him court documents at his Mission Viejo apartment.

The documents required him to appear in court on October 21 for a thorough examination of his financial status. This court-ordered financial scrutiny comes as part of the divorce proceedings overseen by the presiding judge, who emphasized the importance of William's attendance.

The order also warned him of potential consequences, including contempt of court or even arrest, should he fail to appear for the hearing. Jennifer made it clear that she needed this vital information to facilitate the collection of a monetary judgment owed to her by William.

The Former Couple Previously Reached Financial Agreements

Jennifer's inquiry comes after her post-divorce battle with William, following their agreement on specific financial terms, including support for their children.

As In Touch revealed, William agreed to pay $4,674 per month in child support for their four children and an additional $1,735 per month in spousal support.

As part of their split, William also consented to a $267,000 lump sum payment to equalize the division of assets and debts. The settlement also saw William walk away with $535,000 from the sale of their Ladera Ranch home, his bank accounts, and full ownership of his company.

Jennifer Pedranti Is Also Embroiled In Reality TV Drama

The TV personality is not just dealing with legal issues from her divorce—she is also caught in a heated feud with her "Real Housewives of Orange County" co-star, Tamra Judge.

The tension began when Tamra publicly criticized Jennifer's fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, after he made comments about Tamra's husband, Eddie Judge, on a podcast.

Adding fuel to the fire, Ryan reportedly hired an attorney to sue Tamra over remarks she made on "Watch What Happens Live." Jennifer took to Instagram to address the situation, accusing Tamra of dragging her beau's name through the mud for a year.

The mother-of-five pointed out that Tamra had no issues with Ryan before the cameras started rolling. "She has over a million followers and her own podcast and TRASHED Ryan regularly," Jennifer wrote, defending her fiancé's right to speak his truth.

She also criticized Tamra's reaction, accusing her of shedding "crocodile tears" after years of trash-talking others. According to Jennifer, even Eddie tried to stop Tamra during one of her outbursts. "We just had to take the trash out so that could happen," Jennifer added, signaling an end to their friendship.

Though the legal process was over, Jennifer shared with Bravo that their communication remains nonexistent, adding strain to their co-parenting situation.

"[The divorce] took four years, you guys — long time. Unfortunately, I have no communication with my ex andso it's hard. I'm so grateful that it's finalized," Jennifer explained. She added:

"I know people think, 'OK, good. Here she goes.' There's still issues within it but we're finalized and it was a long time coming."
