Sean "Diddy" Combs is taking another shot at securing bail three weeks after being jailed, with his attorney insisting the music mogul is no flight risk.

This legal push comes after mounting allegations, including claims by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee that Diddy's celebrity friends are secretly paying off victims to avoid being implicated in lawsuits.

After his notice of appeal last week, Diddy and his team have questioned his bond denial and are doing all they can to get him out on bail before his trial starts.

The rapper is making yet another attempt to secure his release from jail, marking his third formal appeal while awaiting trial in his federal case.

His legal team argues that their proposed $50 million bail package includes stringent conditions designed to eliminate any concerns over flight risk or witness tampering.

Diddy's attorneys claim he poses no risk of fleeing the country, pushing back against the prosecution's assertion that he might tamper with witnesses.

The music mogul is even willing to impose extreme measures, including banning all female visitors—except family—from his Miami mansion while awaiting trial.

Diddy is facing serious criminal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping, after federal agents arrested him in New York last month.

The arrest took place at the Park Hyatt in Midtown Manhattan, six months after his Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided as part of a broader investigation into sex trafficking.

The 54-year-old, who was taken into custody on September 16 and arraigned the following day, has firmly denied all allegations against him. He has also been hit with several civil lawsuits tied to the case but has continued to maintain his innocence.

His attorney Marc Agnifilo noted that Diddy, who is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, is "an innocent man with nothing to hide."

"In every single case, especially cases like this … because it's in the best interests of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we've done that already with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before," he stated.

Although the lawsuit threatens to expose names, Buzbee is strategically treading carefully before naming additional individuals potentially implicated in the scandal. He emphasized the importance of thorough preparation before making any announcements.

"We want to make sure if we name individuals beyond Mr Combs that we have done our homework because it is going to create a firestorm, and we understand that," Buzbee explained.

The lawyer is also calling on more victims to come forward to strengthen the case against Diddy, assuring their anonymity. In his words:

"I'm also asking that if you have been victimized or are a witness to the alleged behavior, please come forward. Your identity will remain confidential at this time."

In another shocking development, two more victims filed claims against Diddy alongside the 120 accusers involved in the ongoing lawsuit.

Thalia Graves alleged that Diddy and one of his associates raped her after she was given a drugged drink at his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City back in 2001.

At the time, Graves was just 25 years old and claims she was threatened with dire consequences if she dared to report the assault to law enforcement.

Another woman, who chose to remain anonymous, accused Diddy of abusing her for four years after their initial meeting in 2020. She alleged that in 2022, she became pregnant with his child but suffered a miscarriage.

In her lawsuit, she claimed that he continued to reach out to her until July 2024, coinciding with rumors of impending charges from federal prosecutors.

With his high-profile connections scrambling behind the scenes, Sean "Diddy" Combs remains focused on his freedom amid the scandal.
