Tyreek Hill's legal troubles with women continue, with an influencer gunning for unspecified damages.

Sophie Hall, a plus-size model and social media personality, sued the NFL star for battery and assault over a 2023 incident. However, the athlete recently moved to block her move to drag his past cases into their drama.

Tyreek Hill, per legal documents, implored the court to reject his accuser's demand for access to investigation records linked to other assault cases against him. He has vehemently denied hurting Sophie Hall and blamed her alleged injuries on "negligence."

In his new filing, Hill objected to several subpoenas issued by Hall to the NFL and the National College Athletic Association. She asked the organizations for investigation records about the athlete's previous assault and battery cases.

In June 2023, Hill was accused of slapping an employee at a marina in Miami, but the case was settled, and no charges were filed against him. Before this incident, the 30-year-old pleaded guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation while at Oklahoma State University.

Hill was sentenced to three years probation, an incident that sparked Hall's interest as she subpoenaed the National College Athletic Association for records about the event. The model's last request was for a 2019 battery allegation.

At the time, the Miami Dolphins player was accused of hurting his son; however, he vehemently denied the battery allegation. Instead, Hill claimed the boy injured himself while they were playing a boxing game, per In Touch.

Inside Hill's Arguments Against The Subpoenas

In his legal documents, Hill argued that the "documentation sought about prior alleged incidents involving" him "is completely irrelevant and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence because none of the incidents are similar to the incident alleged in this case."

The NFL superstar claimed the Instagram influencer was "highly motivated not only from getting money in this case but to growing her online social influencer business." Additionally, he backed his claims of innocence with text messages.

These alleged texts captured Hall stating she was having a great time after the assault she sued Hill for had occurred. In her lawsuit, the model recalled meeting the athlete following his football camp in June 2023 — an event she had signed her 10-year-old son for.

The Instagram Model Claimed Hill Flirted With Her

Hall claimed she had no connection to Hill until she signed her son for his football camp, and he contacted her via direct message on Instagram. She alleged he spoke "in a flirtatious and playful manner."

Hill, per her narrative, asked to meet and get to know each other. At one point during their exchanges, he allegedly claimed he was known to be a "good stepdad." The pair finally met at his home after the football camp.

Hall claimed she spent time with his mother and sister when Hill stepped out and eventually returned to practice football with his trainer. But things between them soured when he invited her to run offensive line drills with him.

The Influencer Accused The Athlete Of 'Malicious' Behavior

During the first play, Hall claimed she caused Hill to fall backward, "garnering laughter from the witnesses present at the time, including the Defendant's mother, sister, friend and trainer."

"Apparently embarrassed by his loss of stability as a result of contact by a woman during the 'football play,' [Tyreek's] attitude changed, and he became angry," Hall recalled, claiming he charged into her violently "and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries."

"The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with mental hardware implantation," the model alleged. She sued Hill for unspecified damages, claiming his actions were intentional and malicious.

However, the Miami Dolphins player denied the allegations and claimed Hall had "conducted herself in a careless and negligent manner." Hill argued that "she tripped over a dog, which caused her injury."

Tareek Hill Was Embroiled In Two Paternity Lawsuits

Hill's alleged encounter with Hall occurred the same year he was named in two paternity suits. The Blast shared that Brittany Lackner and Kimberly Kaylee Baker had filed separate cases against him for child support.

Lackner claimed a prenatal paternity test had shown Hill was the father of her baby "with greater than 99.9% probability." However, he refused to pay $2,500 a month in child support unless a second DNA test was performed.

She slammed the $2,500 monthly fee as a "woefully inadequate amount" given Hill's yearly salary of $30,000,000. Baker echoed similar complaints, noting she received the same child support fee but allegedly spent nearly $10,000 on their daughter, Trae Love Hill.

Surprisingly, these women welcomed their children for Tyreek Hill in 2023 — the same year he tied the knot to his long-time fiancé, Keeta Vaccaro.
