"Teen Mom OG" star Mackenzie McKee doesn't just have her crumbling marriage to worry about, because the reality star's mother revealed her medical condition has worsened.
In the preview for the season finale of the MTV show, McKee travels to her mother's home in Oklahoma for an update on her battle with cancer.
Angie Douthit doesn't try and sugar coat the news, things are bad.
She says the cancer has spread, describing tumors in, "both femurs, my breast bone, hip bones, back bone, half of my liver, lymph nodes in my colon and lungs ... and another tumor in my head."
Angie is matter of fact when she describes her illness, and states, "the bigger the cancer the bigger the miracle, God can do whatever he wants."
When asked by McKee what the doctors are saying, Angie says "6 months would be really pushing it," adding, "the doctor's know they can't do anything about this."
Even while staring death in the eye, Angie says the hardest part is, "knowing my grandkids won't remember me."
Angie played a huge part in raising McKee's children, especially with her oldest son, Gannon.

The reality star says her children know that "grandma is sick, but it will be hard to tell them she won't be getting better."
In a tearful moment, Angie says, "I hope I've been a good mom and good and a good nanny, and I hope you'll tell your kids about me all the time."
The season finale of "Teen Mom OG" airs Monday night on MTV.
