The Army National Reserve veteran donned a bikini as she shared some tips for her fans on how to feel happier.

In one video, the popular Playboy model decides to pose in a backward baseball cap and a tiny bikini amid a field of sunflowers. She seemed to be having a blast in the video and decided to share some tips with her followers on how to feel happier, starting with practicing mindfulness.

“Spend a few minutes each day meditating or just being present in the moment. It can help reduce stress and increase your overall sense of well-being,” she wrote in the caption. She also suggested following healthy habits like eating well, writing, “A balanced diet can make a big difference in how you feel. Incorporate more fruits and veggies into your meals.”

She also recommended that her followers set goals. “Having clear, achievable goals can give you a sense of purpose and direction. Start small and celebrate your progress!” she concluded along with the hashtags happy, self-discipline, growth, and self-love.
