Sharon Stone is stunning lounging around her pool in a strappy black swimsuit after revealing that a cosmetic surgeon enlarged her chest size without her granting consent. The 63-year-old "Basic Instinct" actress, making major headlines of late with her new memoir "The Beauty of Living Twice," is fresh from a summery and swimwear-ready Instagram post, one seeing the famous blonde defy her age and wow her 2.5 million followers. Talk was of the star's pooch in the caption, but the comments are eyeing Sharon up. Check it out below.

The photo, sun-drenched, showed the star on her side and plonked on a chic, geometric-print, and patterned oversized lounger while backed by pool waters and snuggling with her dog. Sharon was showing off her sensational figure in a strappy one-piece bathing suit, also flaunting a mean spring tan as she went makeup-free.

All legs and without provocation, the star whose career highlight came with a very NSFW flash, took to her caption, writing: "Joe is back from the vet #JoeStone." A celebrity like quickly came in from actress Rumer Willis, with designer Vera Wang also responding: "Gorg," she wrote.

In her March-released memoir, Sharon detailed plans to undergo reconstruction surgery to repair her chest after the removal of benign tumors that were "gigantic, bigger than my breast alone." Speaking to The Times, the star revealed:

"When I was unbandaged, I discovered that I had a full cup-size bigger breasts, ones that he said 'go better with your hip size," adding: "He had changed my body without my knowledge or consent."

Also documented in the memoir was Sharon struggling to find work and finding herself hated on after losing custody of son Roan.

"People treated me in a way that was brutally unkind," she said. "From other women in my own business to the female judge who handled my custody case, I don't think anyone grasps how dangerous a stroke is for women and what it takes to recover." "I had to remortgage my house. I lost everything I had. I lost my place in the business," she added.
