Garth Brook's former employee has come forward with some damning allegations against him in a new lawsuit.

The country singer has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a California court filing, and the petitioner has chosen to keep their name anonymous.

The plaintiff, who is going by Jane Doe, claimed Garth Brook assaulted her in 2019 amid other illicit sexual advances he frequently displayed towards her.

Garth Brooks Allegedly Raped The Former Employee

The accuser, identified as Jane Doe, claimed she began working as a hairstylist and makeup artist for him in 2017. It was her second time working for the man, as she had previously worked as a makeup artist for his wife, Trisha Yearwood, in 1999.

The complaints filed in a state court in California on Thursday noted that the series of assaults occurred in 2019, including a rape while on a work trip.

According to her, the incident occurred in a hotel room in Los Angeles where Brook was taping a Grammy tribute performance. They made the trip on Brook’s private jet.

The suit continued that they were the only ones on the jet, and the former employee could not believe Brooks had “booked a hotel suite with one bedroom, and she did not have a separate room.”

According to CNN, she stated that he then appeared at the doorway to the bedroom without clothes, which made her uncomfortable and left her feeling trapped.

The Award Winning Singer Was Allegedly Vocal About His Sexual Fantasies

The plaintiff further explained that the singer continued to express his sexual fantasies after the rape more frequently and accompanied them by physically groping her. He also constantly made remarks about "having a threesome" with his wife.

Brooks was also accused of repeatedly exposing his buttocks and genitals, talking about sex and sharing sexual fantasies with her, regularly changing his clothing in front of the accuser, and sending sexually explicit text messages.

The accuser alleged that while she was at his home for work, he walked out of the shower unclad and forced her hands on his genitals while "speaking to her with sexually explicit and vulgar languages."

Brooks And His Legal Team Denied The Allegations

The country singer responded to the allegations in his own complaints. Brooks claimed that his accuser's attorney sent him a "confidential" demand letter alleging sexual misconduct after he declined her request for "salaried employment and medical benefits."

Brooks' previous lawsuit also dismisses the plaintiff's allegations as untrue, noting:

"Defendant is well aware, however, of the substantial, irreparable damage such false allegations would do to Plaintiff's well-earned reputation as a decent and caring person, along with the unavoidable damage to his family and the irreparable damage to his career and livelihood that would result if she made good on her threat to 'publicly file' her fabricated lawsuit."

The Plaintiffs Legal Team Are Determined To Get Justice

The accuser's attorney claimed Brooks' efforts to silence the victim and sabotage the case through the filing of a preemptive complaint in Mississippi was an act of desperation and attempted intimidation.

The team, including attorney Douglas H. Wigdor, Jeanne M. Christensen, and Hayley Baker, expressed their hopes that the country singer will be held accountable for his actions. Their statement read:

"We applaud our client's courage in moving forward with her complaints against Garth Brooks. The complaint filed today demonstrates that sexual predators exist not only in corporate America, Hollywood, and in the rap and rock and roll industries but also in the world of country music."

Last year, at the press conference for the launch of his radio station with TuneIn Radio in Nashville, the singer shared that his wife, Trisha, made him an offer to officially take his last name after 17 years of marriage.

According to The Blast, Brooks declined the offer and explained that Yearwood is his wife's family name and that her father only had two daughters, so he'd be alright with changing his own last name to Yearwood instead.

"Tradition doesn't count here. What counts is when you have two celebrities, don't have one swallow the other." Brooks explained. He also disclosed his plan to establish a women-focused radio station called "BABE," which his wife could participate in. In his words:

"It's the badass b—s of entertainment. I'd love to see her heavily involved in that channel."
