Hollywood star Ashton Kutcher is reportedly not under the feds' radar amid reports that he is terrified of potentially being dragged into Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal problems.
The actor's past friendship with Diddy has come under heavy scrutiny after the rapper's arrest following a grand jury indictment.
However, sources close to Ashton Kutcher insist that he has "zero knowledge" of Sean "Diddy" Combs' activities.
The Feds Are Not Investigating Ashton Kutcher Amid Diddy's Arrest
According to TMZ, Kutcher has nothing to worry about amid ongoing investigations into Diddy and his affairs after his arrest and charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Sources close to the Diddy case told the news outlet that Kutcher is not a "target" of the federal criminal investigation involving the embattled rapper.
Insiders close to Kuthcer also stressed that the actor has nothing to do with Diddy's alleged crimes, noting that, like many in the entertainment business, he attended a party hosted by the music mogul.
"This narrative has got to stop," the source said. "Ashton has nothing to do with this. Zero involvement. Zero knowledge of these [Diddy's] activities. Ashton, like everyone else in Hollywood, attended a Diddy party 20 years ago."
The Actor Reportedly 'Regrets' His Friendship With Diddy
The recent report comes after it was revealed that Kutcher had concerns about the possibility of Diddy lying about some of his famous friends in a bid to free himself from his legal troubles.
A source told the Daily Mail that Kutcher, who had been friends with Diddy for over two decades, was quite terrified that he could "say anything, do anything or turn on anyone" to get out of prison.
"Ashton absolutely regrets his friendship with Diddy considering what has happened," an insider shared. "He feels lied to, betrayed, taken for granted, and manipulated."
The source continued, "He feels the same way about Danny Masterson. He now trusts no one except for his wife, Mila [Kunis]. He is going to keep his circle to his family."
Kutcher and his wife, Kunis, previously came under fire in October 2023 after they shared letters supporting Masterson, in which they asked the judge to show leniency to the actor before he was sentenced to 30 years for raping two women in 2003.
This move by the couple led to heavy backlash towards them, which prompted the duo to release a joint statement and video apologizing for the Masterson letter.
Ashton Kutcher Did Not Attend The Rapper's 'Freak Offs'
One of the most talked about subjects since Diddy's arrest was his "freak offs," which have been described as multiple sexual orgies involving the rapper's alleged female victims and male prostitutes.
However, the source slammed claims that Kutcher may have attended one of the "freak offs."
The insider also noted that Kutcher was displeased with Diddy when a 2016 hotel surveillance footage surfaced of him physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura.
"Ashton knows that he dug himself a hole with this one, but never in a million years did he believe that Diddy was truly doing these horrible things," the insider told the Daily Mail.
"They had a genuine friendship," the source added. "But when Ashton and Mila saw the video of Cassie, they realized that he was a monster and not someone they want in their life."

Diddy's arrest has led to the digging up of multiple old clips of the rapper and famous people who attended his parties.
One of those unearthed clips was a video of Kutcher during a "Hot Ones" interview. In it, he admitted that a lot went down at Diddy's parties but remained coy about the details.
For a moment, the actor seemed tempted to share some information about the parties but stopped short, saying, "Can't tell that one either... I'm cycling through them."
However, he did hint that the rapper's parties were "weird," though he didn't specify which ones or how many he had attended.
Kutcher also shared how his friendship with Diddy began, recalling that they first met in 2003 when he was still hosting the MTV show "Punk'd." That initial encounter eventually led to them bonding over sports.
"We just became fast friends, and we used to just hang out and watch football together," Kutcher recalled, adding, "He just can't lose."
The Rapper's Attorney Claims His Arrest Is An Attempt To 'Take Down A Successful Black Man'
During an appearance on TMZ's "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment," the embattled rapper's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, claimed that the federal government is "historically no friend of the successful black man."
He noted: "They start making this case as a takedown of a successful Black man. This is the government scrutinizing his business, scrutinizing his taxes, he does everything right."
Agnifilo questioned the motives behind probing into Diddy's personal life, adding: "What's the last vestige, we are going to go into his bedroom because maybe we don't like the way he is having sex."
He also highlighted Diddy's achievements as a prominent Black businessman, lamenting that society has unfairly painted him as a "monster."
