Josh Duggar Allegedly Received Child Porn Days After Birth Announcement

While former "19 Kids & Counting" star Josh Duggar remains behind bars in an Arkansas state detention center without bail, more details are coming out surrounding the serious charges against him, which include one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

According to the grand jury indictment, filed by the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Arkansas, between the dates of May 14, 2009 and May 16, 2009, Josh Duggar "knowingly received" child pornography.

As we previously reported, Josh Duggar appeared in court via Zoom on Friday, due to the ongoing COVID restrictions, and pleaded not guilty to the two felony counts against him.

Bail has still not been set for the disgraced former reality star, but U.S Chief Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann told Josh if he is released on bond from the Arkansas jail, he must find a "residence where there's no minor in the home."

Duggar and his wife, Anna, currently have 6 children with another on the way, but due to the nature of his alleged crimes while have to figure out a different living situation while fighting the charges.

The dates of Josh Duggar's alleged crimes take an even darker turn when matched up with one of his family milestones. Weeks before the former TLC reality star allegedly received and possessed child pornography, he was making a social media birth announcement with his wife and children as they told fans about the incoming 6th child in the family.

"We are so excited to announce that we are expecting a new little one! As we watch our children grow and thrive — we look forward to baby six joining us this fall!" Anna Duggar wrote on Instagram at the time while showing a video of Josh participating in delivering the big news.

Maryella Hope Duggar was born months later over Thanksgiving Weekend, on November 27, 2019.

"On Thanksgiving eve our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratefulness for the arrival of our sixth child!" the couple told US Weekly at the time.

They added, “Anna had a fast labor and delivery without complications. We are so thankful for a beautiful, healthy baby girl!"

Perhaps even more troubling, the growing family announced they are now expecting a 7th child, another daughter, just days before Josh was placed under arrest.

"We are overjoyed to announce baby seven is on the way and we can’t wait to hold her in our arms this fall!" Anna wrote on Instagram.
