Kourtney Kardashian is unarguably the most beautiful of the three Kardashian sisters.
The mother of three has managed to build a successful career, maintain a healthy lifestyle, while juggling co-parenting with her ex lover, Scott Disick.
The “Poosh” founder has always had a keen interest in leading a healthy lifestyle and that takes work and dedication. For stars like this, remaining in good shape is one of the most important aspects of her life, and she has a few tricks up her sleeve.

Treadmill Tricks
Usually, when people workout on the treadmill, their aim is cardio, to help burn out excessive calories.
Although Kardashian does the same thing, she tries to switch things up to get more incredible results at the end of the day.
While on the treadmill, her trainer, Joel Bouraïma puts her through these four major exercises. The first one is shuffled side steps, followed by side steps mixed with resistance bands, inclined walk while carrying dumbbells, and finally, kettlebell squats.
These treadmill tricks may be very difficult, but they get the job done in no time.
Other Important Workouts
Some people will likely ask that does using the treadmill alone guarantee a toned body? The answer is, it might, but adding other exercises into the mix, makes the batter richer and tastier.
Kardashian’s second trainer, Amanda Lee, makes sure to put her through other forms of exercises, to achieve balance.
Some of these other workouts include; jumping lunges, jumping jacks mixed with planks at intervals, burpees and squat jumps, mountain climbing and so on.
These not only help her burn more calories, it also helps her stay toned from her arms to her legs.
Keeping A Routine
The reason why some people fail to achieve their workout goals, is because they lack consistency. For busy people, who cannot always be in the same city as their trainers, take a cue from Kardashian.
The American media personality tries her best not to miss out on her workouts, even when she’s out of the country.
She once revealed to “E!” that while she was in Egypt on vacation, she found a way to workout when she could not access a gym.
“I did 200 chair squats to keep my hamstring, glutes and quads toned,” she explained to the news outlet.
All Work & No Play
Working out is not as easy as it sounds, that’s why professional trainers always push for less times in a week for a beginner.
However, as time goes on, upping the scale a little would not be a terrible idea.
Kardashian disclosed that she takes her workout routines seriously five times a week. She went on to say that it never used to be that way, because she had to take care of her kids. However, since she made the workout commitment, she hasn’t backed out.
