Britney Spears is flipping the bird on social media, and many think it's a direct shot at her ongoing conservatorship!
The pop princess took to Instagram and shared a simple message, along with a simple picture of a young girl sticking up her middle finger. Britney perfectly captioned the photo, without taking a direct shot, but the point is taken.
The 'Toxic' singer says one of her strongest attributes is she is "straight forward" and it doesn't get much better than this one!

In the snap, a little girl (who looks a bit like the pop star) is sticking her middle finger up at the camera. It should be noted, the girl is young enough where she might not know what it even means!

Of course, Britney's fans are going WILD -- assuming she is talking about her conservatorship and the upcoming hearing where she has asked to talk to the judge...directly.

As we reported, Britney will face the conservatorship judge on that specific date, and the word is she might ask for her father to be permanently removed from the case.

According to reports, Britney is fed up with her father's involvement in her life -- especially since he wasn't present for part of her life growing up. At this point, Jamie Spears and Britney have little or no interaction, and she will reportedly ask him to be removed from the conservatorship completely.
Many #FreeBritney followers believe this is the first step to freeing herself from the conservatorship. Legally, Britney and her legal team will have to formally ask to be removed from it, something she has yet to request.
