'RHOC' Shannon Beador’s Ex-Husband's Restraining Order Drama Takes Another Turn

The plot thickens in Shannon Beador's ex-husband David Beador's feud with his wife, Lesley Beador, and her ex, Eriks Pukke.

Amid his ongoing divorce and domestic drama, the reality star's ex-husband has been accused by his estranged wife's ex-partner of flouting a court order.

The court previously ordered David Beador to stay a few yards away from Lesley Beador's ex, Eriks Pukke, on December 7, 2023.

Eriks revealed that David violated the December order's provision, which prohibited him from maintaining close physical contact with him.

Eriks revealed that David filed a civil harassment restraining order against him on September 16 because he came to pick up his two children, whom he shared with Lesley at the home where David and Lesley reside.

He claimed that a court order backed his presence in their home, but David violated the rules of his (Eriks) December order by "getting within 100 yards of his car" and hurling insults at him.

Eriks noted that he had not been served the paperwork for David's recent restraining order, but David's lawyer told him the court denied his request for a temporary order and picked October 11 as a hearing date on the matter.

According to In Touch, Eriks also requested that the court exclude him from testifying in the upcoming hearing, where Lesley will move for a permanent restraining order against David.

The judge refused to grant his request and ordered Eriks to make a remote appearance in court.

The reality star, who shares a 3-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador, with her estranged husband, claimed in her September 10 petition that David had created a toxic environment for her and the kids.

She asked that the temporary restraining order cover her and her three children, as she noted that David had accused her of conspiring with her ex when Eriks came over to pick up their two children.

"All the children were present and witnessed David's behavior toward Eriks. It was very scary, I recorded this whole incident and will provide the videos to the court," Lesley claimed.

She stated to the court that after the encounter between David, Eriks, and herself, she received about "59 harassing texts from David in a row," accusing her of having sex with Eriks.

"David truly needs help. He gets in an obsessive mania state. I never know when David's next meltdown will be or how long they will last," she added "These meltdowns when they occur are nonstop, even when he is working and they cause me to live in fear and to worry about the effect on the children."

The 60-year-old disclosed to the court in his declaration that Lesley resorts to tagging him as abusive whenever he disagrees with her opinions or expresses his opinions. In his words:

"She has a habit of texting me consistently for hours at a time, trying to spark a reaction out of me. I believe Lesley is angry because I cut off the unlimited spending ability on her credit cards over the weekend."

He described Lesley's actions as pure extortion and claimed he was not required by law to sustain her expensive lifestyle. He added that "Lesley will spin whatever story she needs to spin in the correct circumstance to get what she wants."

The Blast shared that the mom of three eventually took the bull by the horn and served her estranged husband divorce papers. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation and demanded legal and physical custody of their daughter, Anna.

Lesley listed their separation date as September 8, 2024, and demanded that the entrepreneur pay the legal fees in the case.

That is not all—Lesley also demanded her last name be restored to Cook and stated that the “full extent, nature and location” of any community property is not known to her at the time of the filing.

David responded to his estranged wife’s divorce filing by citing some discrepancies in the date of separation. According to court documents, David listed his separation date as September 17 and requested for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

He also declared his intention to respect the content of their prenuptial agreement by paying Lesley $10,000 monthly. The businessman stated that the payment would begin on September 17 and continue for half the duration of the marriage.

David disclosed that the nuptial agreement, which was set up on October 9, 2020, covers all assets and debts. He also pled that both parties jointly settle their legal fees in the divorce process.

It is safe to say Lesley Beador, David Beador, and Eriks Pukke are in for a long ride.
