The loss of Billy Brown, the patriarch of the "Alaskan Bush People," has been hard on the Brown family, and Gabe recently emerged back on social media to share some words about his father's death.
"Times are changed as times must, and do, and the room seems empty without you,"
Gabe wrote.
He added, "I carry on from day to day, remembering those things you'd say, tears of pain run down my face they try to take your special place, I wake up dreaming we have to be apart, yet those we loose from our sight are never gone from our hearts."

Understanding that his platform can be used to help others, Gabe has been dropping some support for others who may be going through a similar experience as himself.
"Lost, but not alone. I think we all feel a little lost sometimes as we wander down life's winding road. It's important to talk to the people you love, and trust to help point you in the right direction," he wrote in a recent post.
Leaning on his spiritual side, Gabe also revealed how his views on God have helped him deal with the recent tragedies.
" God wants us all to make it. If you're lost know you're not alone. Follow the light inside that will take you home," he wrote to fans.
