Gymnast Olivia Dunne In Plunging Glitter Swimsuit Shows 'A Good Idea'

Olivia Dunne turned heads with her latest swimwear display, one shouting out Sports Illustrated Swim while reminding fans of her figure. In August, the 21-year-old brought the heat on Instagram with a swimsuit snap, showing off her jaw-dropping figure in a cut-out bathing suit while saying that throwback action is "always a good idea." Olivia, who made her SI Swim debut in 2023, was quick to be invited back to the magazine for another feature earlier this year, and it looks like she was in the mood to share another photo. The post, which caught a like from Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney, has now earned over 300,000 likes, overall.

Modeling a two-tone, sparkle-studded swimsuit in gold and brown, the LSU gymnast highlighted her impossibly toned abs and legs, going knotted around the midriff and with cut-outs displaying both her cleavage and her torso. Looking like a bombshell with her golden tan, Olivia wore her light locks down, wearing a pastel pink manicure, plus a sunkissed makeup layer.

Smiling softly and with parted lips, Olivia wowed with zero accessories, letting her killer silhouette take center stage. In a caption, she wrote: "@si_swimsuit throwbacks are always a good idea!!!"

"So pretty," one fan replied. Eyeing up Olivia's fierce muscles, another fan said: "I was going to skip my run, now I must go." Olivia's SI Swim profile proved high-profile this year, and not just for seeing her return to the magazine. The blonde was part of the celebrity crowd invited to the magazine's 60th anniversary party, also attended by former pro golfer Paige Spiranac.

Olivia Dunne has faced backlash for her scantily clad looks, but she's defended her choice to dress as she pleases.

"It’s not a girl’s responsibility how a man looks at her or how he acts, especially when you’re doing your sport and that’s your uniform. I can’t help the way I look, and I’m going to post what I feel comfortable with,” she told Elle. In her 2023 interview, the Vuori Clothing partner added: "It’s hard to handle at times, definitely, because I am just a 20-year-old student. I think people do forget that.”

Olivia Dunne may dedicate a hefty proportion of her Instagram posts to endorsements, but she makes room for gymnastics. "Just kicking back relaxin," she amusingly captioned this photo. Hiking up her leg for a display of her flexibility while doing mat work, Olivia gained over 380,000 fan likes for the January share.
