Diddy Accuser's Lawyer Claims A 'High-Profile Person' Appeared In A Lewd Tape At Rapper's Home

A lawyer representing one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged victims has claimed a "high-profile" individual was present at the rapper's residence during his lewd activities.
The attorney also said that Diddy assaulted one of her clients with an inanimate object and allowed an acquaintance of his to have non-consensual sex with her.
The revelation surfaces amid Sean "Diddy" Combs' ongoing sex crime case, where experts have advised him against testifying.
A 'High-Profile' Individual Was Secretly Recorded In Diddy's Home
On Friday's episode of Banfield on NewsNation, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing one of Diddy's accusers, made a startling revelation regarding who might have been present during the rapper's alleged "pornographic" acts.
She claimed that "one particular person contacted [her] to shop a particular video," adding that it was "pornographic" in nature. One of the individuals in the video was allegedly a "high-profile person" whom Diddy was linked to.
Mitchell-Kidd also suggested that the act was most likely recorded at Diddy's Atlanta home. From what she observed, she noted that the person being filmed seemed unaware that they were being recorded.
"It does seem like the person isn't looking into the video. To me, it doesn't seem like that person knows they're being videotaped," the attorney added, per the Daily Mail.
Whoever the high-profile person was, Mitchell-Kidd opted not to share that detail, leaving plenty of room for speculation.
Diddy's Accuser Was Allegedly Assaulted With An Inanimate Object
While Mitchell-Kidd was coy about the details of the alleged video, she did open up about how the rapper sexually assaulted her client.
The incident allegedly took place in 2018, but she only learned about it after the victim contacted her a few weeks ago.
"She was at a friend's house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house," Mitchell-Kidd narrated. "It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object."
Diddy didn't stop there; he allegedly also "directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself."
As the assault progressed, the victim was able to escape, although Mitchell-Kidd did not reveal how this happened. She also claimed that the accuser had filed a police report but didn't confirm if the police investigated the incident.
Experts Warn The Rapper Not To Testify In His Federal Sex Crime Trial
Diddy's accuser is just one of the many female victims who have come out in recent months to accuse the rapper of a number of sex crimes.
However, his focus, and that of his legal team, seems to be on his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case.
While a trial date has yet to be set, experts have warned in advance that he might make the wrong move if he chooses to testify.
"There is a reason that attorneys typically advise their clients not to take the stand in their own trial; testifying in one's own trial opens up the defendant to cross-examination from the prosecution," legal expert Meesha Moulton told Page Six.
She added, "If Diddy becomes flustered or frustrated, taking the stand will do more harm for him than good. This level of scrutiny is very emotionally taxing, and if he struggles to maintain composure under pressure, it can negatively influence the jury's perception of him."
The Music Producer Will Tell His Story Of 'Love' And 'Heartbreak' During His Trial
Diddy's lawyer does not share the experts' concerns, as he believes no one is better to "defend Diddy than Diddy himself."
"He has his story, and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time," Agnifilo said, per The Mirror. "And it's a human story. It's a story of, of, of love. It's a story of hurt. It's a story of heartbreak."
The lawyer continued, "I mean, when he describes that relationship, the word he uses more than any other word is heartbreak. He was heartbroken; she was heartbroken."
Diddy Is 'Remarkably Positive' As He Awaits His Trial
Diddy is currently being held in a detention facility in New York after being denied bail twice by different judges.
There were initial speculations about the rapper being suicidal, but his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, refuted those claims. Agnifilo has now revealed that Diddy feels sure he will prevail when he is eventually tried.
"His state of mind is actually remarkably positive," the attorney said when interviewed for TMZ's "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment" series.
He continued, "I spend several hours with him every day. His resolve is strong, he's engaged, he's focused on his defense."
Agnifilo added about the music mogul, "He is so focused on trying to right his wrong that it's actually giving him a form of strength and a form of confidence that I think is going to get him through a difficult time."
