Kameron Westcott feels bad about the backlash her "Real Housewives of Dallas" cast mates often receive on social media.
Following months of bullying allegations made against Kary Brittingham, who joined the Bravo reality series during its fourth season in 2019, Westcott spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the hateful messages her co-stars are faced with.
""I feel so awful for the things that get said to them every day. I mean, they're such wonderful people and, you know, it's hard being in the spotlight," she explained.

"Not everyone's perfect, and sometimes people attack our flaws and some seasons we show more flaws than other seasons and that's just the game that we go through, and it sucks," Westcott continued of the on-screen evolution that often occurs.
In addition to Brittingham being criticized for her treatment of newbie Dr. Tiffany Moon, who she pushed in the pool shortly after meeting her, Brandi Redmond came under fire after a video of her seemingly making fun of Asians was spotlighted.

Despite their missteps in life, Westcott doesn't judge her "Real Housewives of Dallas" cast mates by their flaws. Instead, she focuses on the good sides of both Brittingham and Redmond.
"At the end of the day, they're both such amazing ladies and they work so hard every day, and I just hope people can see the good side in them because there's so much good and more good then bad," she shared.
As for the upcoming reunion special for season five, Westcott confirmed Redmond was "very honest" during filming.

"She addresses everything," Westcott teased of the upcoming episodes. "One thing I love about Brandi is, she addresses it. She's not afraid and, you know, and that makes her so real."
