Controversial rapper Kanye West has announced that he will be releasing a new album.
He made the revelation during his show at Wuyuan, River Stadium in Haikou, China, where he also dropped a new song.
Kanye West's new album comes after he released two collaborative projects with fellow rapper TY Dolla Sign.
Kanye West Is Set To Release A New Album
On Saturday, September 28, during his show in China, West revealed to the audience that he will be releasing a new studio album titled "Bully."
The rapper also debuted the song "Beauty and the Beast" during the same show at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou.
As the show drew to a close, West spoke to the audience briefly about the new project, saying, "I got a new album coming out. The album's called 'Bully,' and this song is called 'Beauty and the Beast.'"
According to Variety, West performs over a gentle instrumental in the new track, singing in part: "I still think about it every night and day to try to stay away, to keep my audience / Don't take this disrespect, I'm sitting here trying to redirect."
The "Heartless" crooner's performance in China was his second this month. He previously performed on September 15, making his first show in the country in 16 years.

The news of the star's upcoming album has divided fans, as West has become known for stalling the release of his projects.
West's last album, "Vultures," was constantly postponed and delayed. The project was split into three volumes, but only two have been released after multiple dates were changed.
While speaking about the rapper's recent announcement, a fan joked on X: "I can't wait for this album to be scrapped as usual."
Another quipped, "No way! When is it getting scrapped?" while a third person lamented, "We haven't finished vultures yet."
However, some fans are still excited about the new album, as it will be a solo endeavor, unlike "Vultures."
The Rapper Said He Was Going To 'Retire' From 'Professional Music'
Back in July, Rapper Rich The Kid shared a screenshot of a text exchange between him and West, in which the Yeezy founder claimed that he intends to "retire" from "professional music."
West said, "I am retiring from professional music," adding, "Not sure what else to do."
His words seemingly stunned Rich The Kid, who proceeded to question why West wanted to retire from music.
"Retire? Why? How? The ppl NEED you the music you & Ty & we have made the BIGGEST STAMP in culture to this date in 2024," Rich The Kid said.
He continued, "Drop Ye about mine & V2 and we do it all over again the kids need you big bra fasho maybe some time to chill but retiring ain't it."
Kanye West's 'Vultures I' Album Was Successful
After West finally released his highly anticipated collaborative music project, "Vultures 1," the album was unexpectedly removed from Apple Music and iTunes, where the song "Carnival" had previously held the top spot on the Top 100: Global chart.
According to Billboard, the distributor was actively working to remove the album from all streaming platforms, allegedly because West uploaded it without proper authorization.
Despite streaming issues, the album soared to number one in 100 countries. Spotify removed the track "Good (Don't Die)" over copyright infringement claims from legendary singer Donna Summer's estate, but the remaining tracks remained accessible on the platform.
Titled "Vultures 1," the album was the first part of a trilogy. The second part of the project, "Vultures 2," was released in August after previously being teased for a March date.
However, with the rapper's solo album announcement, the future of "Vultures 3" has become even more uncertain.
Kanye West Allegedly Made $19.3 Million From A Super Bowl Ad
During an interview with TMZearlier this year, West claimed that his brand Yeezy generated $19.3 million from a Super Bowl ad and bragged about how "Vultures" was holding down the number-one spot in 100 countries it was released.
The rapper made the revelation while discussing how his 2o22 anti-semitic controversy almost forced him to file for bankruptcy.
When asked if he believes the scandal actually "helped" him, the "Praise God" rapper said, "It Wasn't about the controversy. It was about being able to say how you felt out loud."
He explained, "If I didn't have the various skill sets of music and clothing and the fanbase, they would have been able to destroy me. But because we had all those skill sets, somehow I'm here inside of this universe able to fight."
The rapper was also asked if he regrets making the controversial anti-Semitic statements, and he said that everyone has "got the right to their opinion."
