Lala Kent Confirms Daughter Ocean Will Appear On 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 9

Lala Kent welcomed daughter Ocean Kent Emmett with fiancee Randall Emmett in March and soon, fans of the longtime reality star will be meeting the baby on "Vanderpump Rules."

As Kent and the returning members of the Bravo reality series prepare to begin filming on the upcoming episodes of season nine, the new mom is speaking to Entertainment Tonight's Brice Sander about what the future season will look like. 

"I'm ready. I'm excited. Mic me up, the crazy is in my DNA," Kent began.

"So, who am I about to drag first day of filming? I'm ready to go," Kent continued. 

While Kent was initially on the fence about whether or not her daughter would be included in the upcoming footage of "Vanderpump Rules," she's 100 percent sure now that the child has arrived.

"Ocean will be on the show. She's too damn perfect to not share with the world," Kent confirmed.

Kent and Emmett, who shares two older daughters with ex-wife Ambyr Childers, welcomed daughter Ocean in March, three weeks before her due date.

When Kent was then asked if fans would see a softer side of her now that she's a mom, she couldn't say for sure if that would be the case.

"I want to say that I'll be softer, but I don't know," she admitted. "I also thought that being sober would change the way I would be, and that didn't stop me from dragging [Raquel Leviss] again. So I'm hoping that it'll soften me up, but I guess we'll find out."

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight last September, shortly after confirming she and Emmett were expecting their first child together, Kent admitted to being unsure about whether or not a ninth season of "Vanderpump Rules" was in the cards for her.

"I need to see what next season would entail," she explained. "I need to make sure that’s a healthy space for me. I don't get to think just about what’s good for Lala and how she would react to certain things, you know? I'm going to be a mother. … I have my own child looking up to me, so it would have to be the right situation."

"It's a different zone now. I just don't see me walking into SUR clapping back at Danica [Dow] for serving me the wrong meal, you know? A lot is going to change," she revealed.

Kent then gushed over her then-unborn daughter.

"I didn't think I could be so in love with something that I've never met before," she shared. "I have sonogram pictures. Every time I get a new one -- I have them plastered all over my fridge -- and I just stare at her. I'm like, you're the most beautiful little alien I've ever seen."
