Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit again with another lawsuit amid his mounting legal woes.
Another female, who has chosen to remain anonymous, claimed in a new filing that the rapper abused her for years and left her pregnant.
The length of the abuse is said to have happened over the course of four years after she first linked up with Sean "Diddy" Combs in 202o.
Diddy's Alleged New Vitim Met The Rapper In 2020
In a new suit filed on Friday, another alleged victim of Diddy accused him of drugging and abusing her for years.
According to TMZ, the female accuser, opting to remain anonymous, filed the suit under the name Jane Doe. She claimed she first met the rapper in 2020 after being invited on an all-expenses-paid trip with him.
After the trip, they continued to meet at various scheduled times in different locations, including Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. According to her filing, these meet-ups were allegedly forced, with Diddy's crew using "coercive and harassing language" to pressure her into complying and showing up.
It was during these encounters that the embattled music mogul allegedly drugged and abused her, with ketamine being one of the drugs she was forced to take.
The Rapper's Accuser Allegedly Got Pregnant For Him
According to Diddy's accuser, the abuse spanned four years, during which she became pregnant by the rapper. She alleged that the pregnancy occurred in 2022, but she was unable to carry the baby to term due to a miscarriage.
However, prior to the miscarriage incident, she was reportedly pressured repeatedly by Diddy's colleagues to have an abortion.
In her suit, she also claimed that the rapper continued to reach out to her until July 2024, around the same time rumors about Diddy's being charged by federal prosecutors were gaining ground.
Neither the music mogul nor a representative has responded to the claims made by Jane Doe. It remains unclear if this is because he is focusing on preparing his defense for the felony charges he is currently facing.
The alleged victim is currently hoping the court awards her an unspecified amount as compensation, claiming that Diddy's action caused her trauma, financial injury, and physical injury.
Another Alleged Diddy Victim Recently Accused Him Of Rape
Jane Doe's filing comes days after another alleged victim, Thalia Graves, claimed that Diddy and an associate of his, Joseph Sherman, raped her.
The assault reportedly occurred at his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City back in 2001, with Graves being 25 at the time, per Deadline.
According to her filing, Diddy exploited her relationship with one of his employees to lure her into meeting him and Sherman alone. Graves also claimed that she was given a drink that made her lose consciousness, and she awoke to find herself "bound and restrained."
It was also mentioned in her filing that Diddy recorded the assault and had it shown to "multiple men, seeking to publicly degrade and humiliate both [Graves] and her boyfriend."
This sordid act from the Grammy winner made her "distraught," and she "sunk into a deep depression."
Diddy Threatened Repercussions Against The Victim
According to the suit, Diddy and his co-conspirator bullied Graves into not reporting the sexual assault incident to the authorities.
They allegedly contacted her multiple times over the years and pressured her to stay "silent" with threats of "repercussions," including the possibility of her "losing custody of her son" if she ever revealed the assault.
Since Graves was quite aware of Diddy's connections, she was forced to comply with their wishes to prevent them from following through on their threats.
The suit continued, "Because of their enormous power in the industry, including through their ownership of and positions at the Combs Corporations, Plaintiff knew that they could follow through on their threats."
The Rapper's Lawyer Believes The Feds Want To Tear Him Down Because The Rapper Is A 'Succesful Black Man'
Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, a former Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, recently criticized the government's actions toward the rapper.
Agnifilo argued that the charges against the music mogul, which include racketeering and sex trafficking, exemplify the federal government's long-standing hostility toward successful Black individuals.
During an appearance on TMZ's "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment," Agnifilo stated that the federal government is "historically no friend of the successful black man."
He said: "They start making this case as a takedown of a successful Black man. This is the government scrutinizing his business, scrutinizing his taxes, he does everything right."
Agnifilo also questioned the motives behind probing into Diddy's personal life, adding: "What's the last vestige, we are going to go into his bedroom because maybe we don't like the way he is having sex."
He highlighted the music producer's achievements as a prominent Black businessman, claiming that society has unfairly painted him as a "monster."
