Kate Beckinsale Worries In Bikini And Heels While 'Stick Thin'

Kate Beckinsale had already explained that her weight loss was due to "stress and grief" in July, but fans seemed either oblivious to her announcement or set on shading her anyway. Showing off her slender figure in balcony and doorway photos on Instagram this summer, the 51-year-old actress stunned in a stylish white bikini and heels, adding a fluffy sheer robe as she tagged two luxury brands. Posting to her Stories as she sizzled in her teeny swimwear, Kate wowed while looking closer to 35, but talk in The Daily Mail's comments wasn't about her age-defying looks.

Flashing her ample assets via a push-up effect, the Pearl Harbor star added minuscule briefs, going low-rise as she highlighted her washboard abs. Keeping stylish with matching cut-outs on her bottoms and a terry rib fabric, Kate added a swishy sheer duster in pink, wearing it open and with faux fur around the sleeves adding dramatic flourishes.

Tagging designers Balenciaga and Max Mara, Kate accessorized her itty-bitty swimwear with strappy heels in salmon-nude shades, completing her look with a pink headband and matching shades for her balcony shot. Taking a stab, one of The Daily Mail's readers gained over 200 likes for replying: "Funny how none of them intend to lose weight but seem to get their clothes off a lot more for the ‘Gram when they’re stick thin." Here, a fan replied saying that it's "the Ozempic craze, they're all on it."

"I really like her but all these pictures just make me sad. Such a beautiful woman but why is she doing this. I hope she is happy," a  third added.

Kate looked confident in this photo, but fans likely noted the star's super-slim arms and legs. Posing in a black glitter playsuit and stockings in July, Kate displayed the weight loss she's made summer 2024 headlines for. She's also made even bigger headlines for explaining the reasons behind it.

When a troll skinny-shamed Kate and told her to do some "squats" earlier this year, she fired right back.“No, actually, I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer and I lost a lot of eight from stress and grief...," she began.

Continuing, Kate added:

“Quite quickly and then I was in hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my esophagus, which made me vomit copious amounts of blood, and I found eating very hard." Kate has now deleted the hospital photos she'd originally shared on her IG.
